Pros:

El personal muy agradable, el hotel dispone de agua en la entrada y un billar. La decoración nada mas entrar al hall esta muy lograda, nos gusto mucho.

Cons:

lo unico que podria decir es la ubicación, un poco lejos de las paradas de tren y un poco dificil de encontrar la entrada pero el resto muy bien.

Une véritable catastrophe, très mauvaise expérience !

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel en pensant retrouver le même niveau de confort que celui de Louise, mais nous avons été extrêmement déçus. Rien à voir !

Les oreillers étaient presque vides, au point d’avoir l’impression de dormir sans coussin, et le matelas était tellement mou qu’on s’enfonçait dedans. Il n’y avait aucun véritable chauffage dans la chambre : uniquement un minuscule chauffage électrique, à peine plus grand que ma main, censé chauffer toute la pièce. En plus, aucune couverture à disposition, seulement de petits draps pour dormir.

Autre problème : aucun téléphone dans la chambre pour contacter la réception. Il fallait systématiquement se déplacer pour leur parler, ce qui est loin d’être pratique.

L’hygiène laissait également à désirer, notamment dans les douches, qui étaient clairement mal nettoyées.

Et pour couronner le tout, nous sommes en Belgique, mais aucune chaîne de télévision belge n’était disponible ! Nous avons trouvé cela hallucinant. La seule chaîne française que nous avons réussi à regarder était TV5 Monde. 🥲

En résumé, un séjour très décevant, un confort inexistant et une hygiène qui laisse à désirer. Nous regrettons sincèrement notre réservation.

Qd on paie déjà 130€ pour nuit avec pt déjeuner je trouve excessif de payer 19€ de plus pour un parking de l hotel.

La ubicación, cerca de mi centro de trabajo y cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

Muy diferente desde la última vez que estuve en este hotel, hace unos 7 años. Volví a elegir este hotel por su cocina, tanto a la hora de la cena como del desayuno, pero la cena estuvo bastante mal (salmón congelado excesivamente salado y pasadísimo de cocción) y el desayuno, anteriormente uno de los mejores de la zona, se ha vuelto simple, sin comida caliente. En fin, una decepción comparado con lo que yo conocía.
