localização ótima e hotel que costumo ir sempre

ar condicionado que não deu conta horrível, mobiliário antigo e precisa atualizar e telefone do quarto que não funcionava, tive que ir até a recepção reclamar do ar, para um hotel 5 estralas deixou de ser essas estralas, uma pena que não tem novo investimento a tantos anos, pois frequento a muito tempo estre hotel e pretendo mudar para as próximas idas pelo preço que pago versus o que oferece.

Amazing hotel, trendy area
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. Specially Luciana, thanks to her help and professionalism I decided to extend my stay for three extra nights. The facilities are amazing, a family friendly hotel and the breakfast one of the best we had compared to other 5 stars hotels in Europe. Also thanks to Melissa for making our wine testing experience amazing.

Cons:

First room was noisy and TV didn’t work, although they sent someone helped with the TV.
