I Stayed Twice
Pros:

Good check in experience with Kaitlyn. Very friendly. Only one of two elevators working at the time (on both stays). Had a good room with a decent TV and TV guide. Good wifi. Nice computer desk & chair with lots of charging ports. Room fridge had a little freezer compartment which is always nice. Bathroom was roomy with good water pressure in the shower. Good fitness room. Huge pool with a water temp of 84F/ 30C and a nice hot tub 104F/ 40C. The hot tub jets could have been more powerful. There was no free breakfast but there is a Tony Roma's restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch and supper for a price. I only had supper there which was okay. Lots of places nearby for food. I learned the first time, do not get a room near the waterpark which is open till 10PM. Stayed in room 402 and heard constant thumping from kids going down the water tubes. Otherwise this was a nice location. There's a good chance I'd stay here again.

It was a clean room to sleep in.
Pros:

It was a space large enough to accommodate my family of 6, and our dog.

Cons:

The space where the shower and toilet were situated is way too small. The light for the waterslide was not working properly and the temporary signage was not visible (should have been placed over the faulty lights) so my son-in-law was hit from behind by another guest who didn't "count to 30" before going down the slide. We had 2 children under 4 years old and we were placed on the 4th floor -- in the case of a fire, it would have been difficult to go down the stairs with these little ones -- I question the logic of placing us on the 4th floor. When I checked in, another guest was ahead of me complaining that she had been placed in a dirty room, and that after an hour of waiting, the room still had not been cleaned to her standards -- to my shock, the guest was not offered another room.

Friendly staff, fun water park, the most comfortable beds and the ideal location.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Why can’t I find pillows like that for my house? Also the pool and waterslide were a big hit. My kids spent hours there and the lifeguards were so kind.

Cons:

They put us on the 3rd floor for our pet room and the closest door to get out went to a back parking lot and didn’t allow you to reenter. There were no good pet relief spots (all rock with tons of weeds). There were also rib bones all over the ground (not ideal for dogs). Wouldn’t bring my pets here again but maybe that’s the point?

Great staff, perfectly clean, some rooms dead quiet but 409 overpriced for noise.
Cons:

Room 409 was noisy due to some kind of pump or A/C unit from a lower floor. If I was not so tired that night, I would have asked for a different room.

Pool/wave park super fun. Grandchildren and daughter loved it.
