It was ok, I’ve been in worse.
Pros:

Great staff, room size was good for our needs.

Cons:

We were pool view(not by choice), the heat and chlorine smell from the pool was horrible. Had to run air conditioner entire team we were there and sounded like we had a diesel truck running in our room all night.

Pros:

This pool area is unreal,best family friendly pool we have ever stayed at. Such a fun water park feel for anyone traveling with kids. And when our toddler was ill staff were so very understanding and helpful. The rooms for the price are absolutely huge, great for the whole family

Cons:

Everything definitely has the budget feel -nice rives, no breakfast, minimal linens etc. The cleanliness was not there - an oldartifical nail was in our bathroom, lots of stains on our rooms carpet and when we moved one cough slightly aside to set up our baby pack and play the floor under looked liked it had not been cleaned since I was a baby myself. Usually this would score lower for me, but the pool experience and the really sweet staff saved the rating

Amazing! Joanne is the best
Pros:

Joanne was the best receptionist ever ❤️❤️❤️ we had a situation where, for soke reason our room handle wouldn't open from the inside. She was quick to come open the door for us, gave us a new room, and some breakfast vouchers. Was so sweet about the whole situation 10/10 would return.

I always have a good experience I am a gold member and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Mostly because Kaitlyn Heinedger is so great with check in and check out. She makes you feel welcome. She remembers you.

Another great stay in Lethbridge.
Pros:

Location was great - lots of restaurants and things within walking distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Always where I stay when I’m in Lethbridge.

Pros:

The front desk when we checked in was really nice and helpful. It was a good stay, everyone in Lethbridge are nice. The service staff from all the restaurants, establishments we went to were genuinely nice.

Pros:

Swimming pool is amazing and rooms where super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the balcony had for us added value. To bad the green slide was closed and the hot tub was closed on Saturday evening for the big part.

Cons:

There has to be a better price for the blow ups to use to go from the yellow slide. The kids love the blow ups but $9 rental for one hour swimming is a lot. If the management could solve this issue that would be amazing.

The staff was amazing!

Cons:

Not what you advertised! Didn’t get a deck facing the pool, and there was not free breakfast. As well the hot tub was cold! False advertising and non refundable. Pretty disgusted!
