Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The staffs are very accoommodating and easy to deal with.
In this 21 centuries old TV with payment is not good how can our children enjoy during rest time .

I was super disappointed to find out, 3 hours before arrival, the pool was closed indefinitely. Only to discover a day later, there were people swimming. It was a stay to celebrate grandchildren's birthdays and they didn't bring swim suits....because we weren't told the pool had reopened!!!!! There was A LOT of disappointment. Otherwise, a decent place to stay

When I first arrive, our room smell like cat, litter box, went downstairs and complained to the front desk here and she gave us a beautiful room and apologized. I want to say the girl that check at us, was excellent customer service.

Location was close to the mall
The hotel was right next-door to an abandoned building, which had vagrants going in and out of it. The Wi-Fi did not work and at 12:30 at night. There was drunk people screaming in the hallways for 10 minutes and the police were there yelling at her and arresting her and it was extremely loud.
The breakfast was quite good.
The receptionist that was on duty when I checked in wasn’t very nice.
I was very upset and disappointed that I couldn’t use my Holiday Inn Points because I didn’t book directly with the hotel. No where on the website did it say anything about that. If it had, I would not have booked with Booking.com. I don’t understand why - I’m still staying at your hotel when I could have chosen another hotel.
En este hotel ya nos hemos alojado y nos gusta porque es muy práctico y cómodo. Y está cerca de donde nos movemos en Red Deer. Tiene alberca y el desayuno es muy bueno. Cerca de un centro comercial Bower muy cómodo.
