Decent price, clean room, larger room
Pros:

Room was in good condition and large. Jacuzzi tub was awesome sine the hot tub was down

A relaxing, laid-back, enjoyable place to stay.
Pros:

The food was excellant, great service too! The staff were very friendly & helpful. good parking & easily accessable

Cons:

The only thing was, that while we were there, the jacuzzi was not working & the pool was a little on the cold side, but we swam anyways

Cons:

We got there late and one of the rooms the lock kept beeping we tried to get them to fix it and they didn’t and didn’t give us a different room could not sleep very good because of the beeping asked for a discount they said no it was booking. Coms problem not good customer service

Pros:

Love the jacuzzi rooms, we stay here quite a bit just to get away from home for a night. One of the few places left that offer smoking rooms!

Cons:

We went to check in at 3 which is the time stated for check in. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there and we had to wait around for an hour and a half before we were able to get into the room! Other than that and the semi rude lady at the front desk, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything worked great. We were going to a funeral so we were pretty busy with family.
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast in the restaurant as we brought muffins and cinnamon buns from home. We had a suite so there was a fridge and table and chairs, so we were comfortable eating in our room. Thank you for the dishes also.

Pros:

Deluxe suite. Excellent layout

Cons:

Bed sheets could use an upgrade. Not sure if they were of lesser quality or it was just the detergent used. They were a little scratchy.

Adequate stay in Stony Plain
Pros:

The staff was friendly, I liked the room had its own exterior door. Linens and room was clean.

Cons:

There were Carpenter ants in the room, no one was too concerned when I let the front desk know. So no food in the room, unless it is sealed in the fridge. The high school kids doing burnouts in the McDonald's parking lot beside the room was less than ideal after 10pm. A little expensive for the place.
