completely convenient, affordable and clean! It might be nice to have a room safe.
Pros:

Firstly the breakfast attendant was fantastic!!! she really was. I loved the ham and cheese and all the continental selections. I was so impressed with all the bread and pancake choices and the juices were delicious. But best of all was the coffee. Finally a place that serves real coffee!!! Thank you so much for two super good starts to my day!!!

Cons:

Not one thing!!! We consider this hotel our home away from home!!

It was comfortable. I generally stay there once a year in March.
Pros:

Breakfast was included and they had a good variety of foods. The seating area is small so it got very crowded but otherwise we enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

I had requested that Booking.com cancel my second room which you did not do so I ended up paying for 2 rooms when I only needed one due to some of our party being unable to attend.

I am very pleased with my 10 day stay at the hotel.
Pros:

Very comfortable room with reliable heating and cooling at a touch of a button. The room is very clean and comes with coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel furniture itself is very good and in good condition, I appreciated the stylish blackout curtains .
One of the best things is the proximity to sightseeing areas and the choice of reliable buses and shopping area just a few steps away,
The breakfast room provides a good continental breakfast as well.
All in all I highly recommend!

The location and staff made the trip!
Pros:

I chose the hotel for its location. the fact that it had a breakfast bar was a bonus

Cons:

Unfortunately the TV and/or remote were problematic. The staff tried to fix the problem, But, the situation was unresolved.

A lovely, clean and convenient place to rest. An all around lovely experience.
Pros:

This hotel was located very conveniently for access to the big city and the beautiful BC coast. It was just a lovely place to rest. it was comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were helpful, polite and competent. The breakfast room was clean and had everything a good breakfast requires. Just an all-around great experience. We will have this hotel on our list as a place to stay since we visit Vancouver and the coast often.

Good comfortable stays.
Pros:

I live out of town but work in North Vancouver. I stayed at North Vancouver Hotel 3 times for a total of 12 nights in January and can highly recommend it. All rooms that I stayed in were very clean and each had a fully renovated bathroom. The complimentary continental breakfast was a good start to the day. The rates are reasonable. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Everything is fine, just one issue: when we request a late check-out, both the front desk and housekeeping knock on the door and call 1hour before the late check-out time, which causes disturbance.
