Nice stay for our family

Fantastic for the price. The only thing was that I forgot it was in the middle of downtown so lots of Traffic noice, otherwise amazing!

The staff are awful, especially the manager. Very cold people. This location was the worst. I have ised enterprise for years but will switch to another rental company based on how I was treated. Awful experience.

I only stay the 1 night, so nothing eventfull comes to mind.

No breakfast and no instructions on how to use the coffee machine

Well priced during the current health scare and staff member was friendly and professional.

Good downtown location. Substantial breakfast included in the price. Parking is cheap and convenient. Only downside is the walls are thin. Could hear phones and conversations from rooms on both side of mine.

We had the Psychic Expo within the hotel and can obtain overnight stay right on the building. However, the window drapery are wrongly set up & allowed morning sun to come through. Waking up early with bright sun and lost 2 hours of sleeping time.

Stay was for medical reasons at local hospital.

Great location, easy to get to and from the plant. Close to evening activities. Unfortunate the pool was closed for repairs.

I have stayed at this hotel (under various names) many times and have always found it super-satisfactory. My stay this past week couldn't have been better. The house-keeping was impeccable, the elevators invariably prompt, the climate control highly responsive, and the included breakfast very impressive. The location is great and the room rates reasonable. Congratulations to all the staff!

The location for us was ideal. We were going to sleep in my van but we deemed it too cool plus my girlfriend doesn't like using the 'pee can' - personally, I don't mind too much. I sometimes get a cramp in my leg when I use it though as, in the van, I have to 'kind of' have to kneel and then I have to straighten out my leg - mid-stream (no pun intended) and this presents a challenge. I may drill a hole in the bottom of the van for a 'relief tube' similar to what we used to use on older aircraft on long trips.

Good location parking nearby. Quiet and good breakfast.

The upgraded bathrooms are fantastic

average hotel, had to ask for a fridge , carpet a little worn in room, tv not had, breakfast a little on the cold side but lots to choose from, had too pay for parking $9. complaints are very minor as you can see, room was clean, service was good

I liked the beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast. The wifi was high speed as well. They provided an iron, which was thoughtful and I appreciated it.

Facilities not in working condition. Couldnt use pool. One ice machine working.

The property was great for the one night we needed it for. The room has been renovated with new fixtures and furniture, however there are plastic plugs in the walls from previous wall hangings and hair dryer(?) That looks a little unfinished and tacky.

The breakfast was excellent. Not just your typical continental breakfast, served buffet style. Delicious!

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and wished us a pleasant stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great for the price.
