If you don't care about facilities and cleanliness then its a good option but I would never stay her
Pros:

The location is great. They offer good breakfast options. There is ample parking

Cons:

Not the Cleanliness as we expect. Room sizes are small. Closer to airport so loud. The amenities are not in working conditions and no one came to fix despite requests. There is strange kind of smell all around

Disappointing... in the extreme.
Pros:

Check-in was reasonably quick + smooth.

Cons:

I caught a cleaner on Sat afternoon going through my paperwork, (business cards, notes, and promotional literature), that I need for future business. He claimed he was going to "re-cycle" the paperwork because he thought it was worthless.

1st of all, why is a hotel employee-- a minimum wage room cleaner-- going through my paperwork and personal belongings? This is totally un-acceptable.

2nd, who in the H*ll does this clown think he is to go searching through my business paperwork from a trade show that I was attending? How on earth has his egotism risen to such an appalling level that he thinks he's capable of deciding whether (or not) my notes, price lists, and business cards-- that are potentially worth tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars of future business-- should be re-cycled?

3rd, on Sat afternoon and Sunday morning, I complained about the clown room cleaner's actions. Thus far... 5 days later(!)... no one from the hotel has called me to apologize, in any meaningful way, for the cleaner's disrespectful actions.

I just... I don't understand how hotels can treat their guests like this. Imbeciles. I guess I just expected too much.

I travel to Toronto monthly. I will not stay here again.
Pros:

Location and airport shuttle

Cons:

We stayed on the first floor 2 doors from the front desk. Our neighbour played loud music all night. Staff did not ask them to turn it down.
We also requested a wake up call at 3:15am. The front desk said no problem at all. We did not receive one. There was no one at the front desk at 3:45 when we wanted to advise them of our issues

The atmosphere is serene and very relaxing. Good hotel.
Pros:

Very clean hotel, good breakfast and committed dedicated staff.

Cons:

The Airport shuttle needs to be more accurate and faster in picking customers from the Airport back to the hotel. It is not easy/ healthy to wait for too long in the Cold weather.
