Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, but the air conditioning unit was so loud. Because I was on the second floor, I couldn't open my window, so it was hard to sleep without good earplugs.

Cons:

At breakfast the coffee machine and the waffle maker weren't working properly. That's it.

And like I said, the old air conditioning unit in the room was incredibly loud.

I wasn’t satisfied with the treatment and it left me traumatized

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was deducted full amount of money for my stay twice without showing up at the hotel. I tried reaching out for a refund and not able to get any response after I lay down my challenges with the deductions.

Can I get the mail of the hotel to quickly get in touch for a refund. I was deducted $551 twice with cancellation fees without a refund.

The stay was good, I just wish that the lady who helped me would have been more helpful

The Facillities are clean, The breakfast was good, the overall experience with the facillity is good. The parking was good. overall the place was good

the staff at the reception were not polite, I do not want to say they were rude, because maybe they had a bad day. the greeting smile was not there and the courtesy was not there. I wished she would have treated me better

Poor Shuttle service
Pros:

The problem started when we couldn’t reach anyone to request our pick up. After many phone calls, tried calling the hotel directly (instead of the shuttle service number) hour later, we finally got picked up.

The hotel itself is a mix of some new renovation but the parts that haven’t been renovated are very old and dirty looking.

Overall the room was satisfactory, but the receptionist failed to resolve the issue promptly

The room was fine,as well was the bed.

Cons:

We found the toilet was plugging up. I called the front desk and was told all maintainence was gone home. The toilet was overflowing, thus i had to shut off the water supply. A cleaning person came by with towels to wipe up the wet floor. I called the office 3 times but it seems the person did not want to do anything. I ended up going to the office to complain in person and raise a bit of a fuss and the receptionist finally gave us another room.
