Very disappointed with customer service as a repeat customer!
Pros:

Room, Breakfast, Free airport shuttle, I was allowed to borrow and charge my phone in lobby after loosing charger

Cons:

When I arrived, my credit cards were denied for security deposit . I just happened to have $200 cash for a security deposit. The young person said if I didn’t have it I would be denied my stay there!

숙박비를 2일간 4개의 룸을, 체크인시 결재를 했는데 한국에 돌아와보니 또다시 167$와 53$가 이중결재되는 사항이 발생되는데도 불구하고 연락할 방법이 없어서(홈페이지나 e메일이 없음) 구글지도 호텔 리뷰란에 설명을 해달라고 하는데도 불구하고 아무 답변이 없음.사기당한 기분,
이러한 일은 booking.com에도 일정부분 책임이 있다고 봄

Correct pour dormir sur un lit

C’était propre

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de climatisation fonctionnel, c’était chaud et humide. Sur 3 nuits, on a fait mon lit une fois et jamais changé mes serviettes bien qu’elle ait été mis parterre. Le déjeuner est très ordinaire.
