I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was bright and clean, and the room was cozy and had everything I needed. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient, with public transit stops and shops nearby, making it easy to get around and find everything you need. The girls at the front desk were especially friendly and welcoming, and they were always happy to help me whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

I really appreciated that breakfast was included with the stay. However, the only downside was the limited selection of food. I don’t eat bacon or beans, so I would have appreciated a few more options to choose from. The variety was quite limited, so I had to make do with what was available. Expanding the breakfast menu would make the experience even better!

I suggest someone speak with said male manager about his behaviour.
Cons:

Everything was great considering we were there a week collectively. Up until the last night a male staff member I believe is a manager. (30’s - Indian) He wasn’t there nor had we seen him our entire stay but he made myself and my family feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Immediately followed us around, made sure to see what we drove and whenever we went to the pool or my husband went for a cigarette, again followed. I understand staff doing their rounds but this was very excessive. To the point our son even mentioned it. At one point my parter said the manager was on our floor even though we never had any complaints. Being bias against guest just because of their appearance does align with yours and / or because of their skin colour is so egregious. No other staff member had any issues what so ever and were nothing but welcoming, helpful and overall lovely. Nor did we even see any other managers behave this way.
