Pros:

Close proximity to medical clinic. Breakfast is included in the price so very good value. Staff is very accommodating (we have one specific room requirement).

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Toronto! Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.

The breakfasts were simply fantastic — a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and everything was well organized. Honestly, it was one of the highlights of our stay.

And the pillows… they were incredibly comfortable! The moment you lie down, you fall asleep instantly. After such a restful sleep, it definitely makes you want to find and buy the same pillows for home.

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be to add slippers in the rooms for extra comfort. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Pros:

Close proximity to medical clinic. Free breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Control of the room temperature was problematic but we simply shut off the unit and were comfortable.
Wonky table in the breakfast area and chairs are too low for the tables.

Good value, breakfast is perfect, rooms were clean and location very convenient.

Location and amenities were perfect!

Cons:

Rooms are very small, only very small trash cans (none by the coffee maker), and no recycling bins in the rooms. We took our recycling downstairs to make sure it got recycled.
