El personal es muy atento, excelente servicio

Cons:

La habitación que me enviaron en las fotografías al escoger, no fue la misma o se parecía a la que recibí. Supuestamente había un sofá cama y en realidad no lo tuvimos y eso hizo que el descanso en la noche no estuviera del todo bien

Fantastic hotel in Quito
Pros:

Very impressive check in service even on Good Friday. We were welcomed by Ricardo with fresh strawberry juice and hand towels.
Muchas gracias to Anahi for her assistance with early checkin. We were very impressed with Swissotel and would definitely recommend this hotel.
