Ideal für ein Wochenende oder eine Zwischenpbernachtung
Pros:

Die Lage war einmalig. Zentrumsnah und mit Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel.

Cons:

Wir haben das bekommen, was wir für bei diesem Preis/Leistungs-Verhälntnis erwartet haben.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Reparaturarbeiten am Aufzug wurden uns per Email während der Hinfahrt mitgeteilt. Vor Ort erhielt ich ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. Außerdem war im gesamten Erdgeschoß das Mobiliar mit Plastikfolien abgedeckt, dort fanden Malerarbeiten und Leichtbauarbeiten statt. Vor der Tür liegen Obdachlose und betteln.

Hôtel au top près des du centre de la ville et des visites
Pros:

Bonne situation pour visiter Amiens.
Hôtel sécurisé avec un parking payant au sous sol (exemple pour 3 jours 18 €)
Personnel réactif et disponible pour toutes les questions.
Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et agréables.
Tout est ok et on n'entends pas du tout l'extérieur qui malheureusement n'est pas top, mais c'est une ville et on est à côté de la gare.
Bon courage à toutes les équipes pour satistaire au mieux les clients.

Cons:

L'ascensceur était en panne et cette panne était due à la sécurité incendie.
Nous espérons surtout pour tout le personnel que tout rentre dans l'ordre rapidement.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten leider nur 1 kleines Handtuch im Bad. Zudem war das Bad leider nicht so sauber. Auf dem Boden waren noch jede Menge Shampoo- oder Seifenreste zu finden. Außerdem war die Toilette in eine sehr kleine Nische eingebaut, sodass Personen mit längeren Beinen nicht gerade sitzen können.
Den Ausgang aus dem Parkhaus zu finden war ebenfalls eine Odyssee für sich.

Cons:

Personne nous a prévenu que l’ascenseur était en panne depuis plusieurs jours que celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes retrouvés en arrivant très tard vers 1h30 du matin avec une chambre quatrième etage
C’est très désagréable et honteux
Nous ne recommencerons jamais avec cette chaîne d’hôtel aucunes compensation

Pros:

Very service-minded staff despite difficult conditions. A very helpful young girl changed our room to one that suited us better when we checked in. She then proceeded to carry our suitcase and bag up 5 flights of stairs since the lift was out of order. Good breakfast.

Cons:

This modern 5 storey hotel only has one lift, which had been out of order for 2 days when we arrived and wasn't fixed when we left the next day. It was alledgedly one of the busiest weeks of the year and the manager was on leave (!). The staff - mostly young people - really did their best. Bad management...

A piedi al terzo piano per i due giorni di soggiorno !
Pros:

La distanza dal centro consente di raggiungere la cattedrale in una decina di minuti a piedi.
Inoltre il parcheggio pubblico era raggiungibile dall'albergo passando attraverso un ingresso ( decisamente squallido) di un supermercato.

Cons:

La struttura ha i suoi anni, e li dimostra tutti.
L'ascensore al nostro arrivo era rotto ed e' rimasto fuori servizio per i 2 giorni della nostra permanenza.
La totale assenza di indicazioni dal parcheggio all'hotel se sarebbero state utili perche' il parcheggio serve anche la stazione ferroviaria...
