Батарея, которую можно регулировать, так как ночи были холодные. Наличие кофеварки в номере. Тихий этаж. Хороший завтрак. Близость к автобусному и железнодорожному вокзалу. Рядом кафе и магазины.

A young member of staff at reception called Solena, was very professional kind and helpful, who also spoke brilliant English.

However, we believe she lost her job and that was her last day. It is very shortsighted of the management team to sack such a valuable young member of staff.

Great location, comfortable room as long as you are not picky over the breakfast choices

Could not get closer to the train station and also minutes away from the cathedral and old town

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast choices compared to other hotels we have used on this trip.
Awful coffee. No fruit yogurts. Scrambled egg looked watery so avoided it. Only boiled eggs. No option to cook from fresh eggs.
