I will stay there again.
Pros:

Our room was small but very quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the AC in this insane heat. It's really conveniently located near the train station and a lot of restaurants and bars as well as a couple of Metro stations. And the stuff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I expected it but the twin beds were very small!

I paid €266 per night for this hotel with hard feeling, compromised AC room with leaking and fly-infested breakfast.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding my recent stay. I booked this hotel specifically because the room listing advertised air conditioning. Upon checking in at 14:00 on June 22, 2026, I was assigned Room 304, which had no AC. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist (the bald guy), he informed me that no rooms in the hotel featured air conditioning. He was cheating. With the help of another lady, finally I could be arranged to moving to Room 305, however, I found the same issue without AC.
With the temperature in Paris reaching 35-38°C at night, the room was uninhabitable. After suffering for four hours, I returned to the front desk at 18:00. An evening staff member finally admitted that a room with AC was available (Room 505). However, this room was in poor condition, with water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, making the floor wet and slippery. Given the extreme heat, I felt forced to accept this compromised room just to have access to AC, but the lack of maintenance and misleading advertising are unacceptable.
The hotel has basement restaurant offering breakfast for paid customers. It was also terrible with a lot of flies around the food. What a hygiene issue!

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

Emplacement parfait entre gare Montparnasse et métro. Un super accueil lors de notre arrivée, un service de conciergerie pour nos bagages, un petit déjeuner pas mal du tout avec un personnel accueillant et une rue laissant largement le choix pour boire un verre ou dîner, nous recommandons
