Manzara iyi, yataklar rahat.

Cons:

Klima sıcak çalışmıyordu. Klima paneli konple arızalıydı. Kahvaltı daha da çeşitlendirilebilir.

Cons:

Cet hôtel n'a de 4 étoiles que le nom. En grattant le vernis, vous trouverez :

- Personnel peu courtois et peu enclin à vous aider. Il est vrai que nous parlions l'anglais ; pas l'allemand.
- Chambres non conformes avec ce que nous avions demandé. Pourtant confirmé par l'hôtel préalablement.
- Courants d'airs et sifflements bruyants dans la chambre, avec en prime un airco bloqué sur la position la plus froide. Nous avons dû dormir avec deux couettes en plein mois de juillet.
- Problèmes systématiques aux barrières pour entrer et sortir du parking.
- Toujours des justifications. Jamais d'excuses.

And last but not least:
Réservations (700 €) sur ma carte de crédit pour 3 chambres (au lieu de 2).
Réservations jamais libérées sur ma carte de crédit après paiement de la facture, et ce malgré demande expresse par courriel + rappel. Jamais reçu de réponse, bien sûr.
Nous avons dû attendre 1 mois que ces réservations soient automatiquement débloquées par l'organisme de crédit.

Rarement vu un tel mépris de la clientèle dans un hôtel.

Cons:

Booked for 3 adults, not adequate towels, cups etc, broken fold up bed after booking for 3 adults, ended up on replacement bed for 2 nights myself as I was on business trip. I travel at least twice per year, could be 4 times, expected alot more, would need a lot of encouragement to return
