Personeel heeft ons bestolen! Schandalig!!!!!

De faciliteiten waren prima!

Personeel heeft op onze kamer spullen gestolen!!
We gingen naar een feestje Am Blankenwasser.
Toen we terug kwamen in de avond in het hotel, lag er een briefje met wat afkortingen op het bureau. Personeel was op de kamer geweest, en heeft 2 voorgedraaide jointjes gestolen, die we later buiten wilden roken!
Naar de balie geweest in de avond klacht ingediend! Die gaf meteen aan aangifte doen bij de politie, echter was het al erg laat. In de ochtend naar huis personeel gegaan weer klacht ingediend, ze hebben mijn nummer en gegevens opgenomen en zouden ons contacten. Week later belde ik op had niks gehoord. Ik zou weer opnieuw gebeld worden! Tot op heden niks meer gehoord. Slechte service!!!
Je hoort je als gast veilig in een hotel te voelen en personeel mag niet zomaar je kamer op komen en aan jouw spullen zitten en iets stelen.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Pool war Thermen Temperatur, viel zu warm. Und das bei 38 Außentemperatur, es war leider keine Abkühlung. Hatten das Hotel extra wegen dem Pool gebucht. ( Pool Temperatur vielleicht an die Außentemperatur etwas anpassen)
Um 21:30 gab es nichts mehr zu essen. Man wurde an Lieferando verwiesen.

Ojalá volver y aprovechar la piscina

🏨Recepción: checkin online para ahorrar tiempo y trato amabilísimo por parte del personal.
🍸Bar: Deliciosa cata de cervezas, personal encantador y muy profesional.
🥡Take-Away: por Uber Eats pedimos una cena buenísima que llegó mientras hacíamos el checkin.
🛏️Habitación: Espacio y decoración acogedores pero elegantes.
🛁Baño: muy bien equipado, con incluso pequeños paquetitos con cosas super útiles como un set de costura para emergencias.
🛗Ascensor: acceso rápido.
🚕Conexión con el centro: precios moderados y agilidad.

Niets om te vermelden

Cons:

Alles, geen mini bar op de kamer, geen badjas op de kamer voor om eventueel naar de sauna te gaan. Geen gastvrij personeel in de bar net zoals bij het ontbijt. Lokatie is op een soort industrie terrein. Parkeer garage is te klein voor het hotel.
Kortom een 2e rangs hotel.

Ganz im Gegensatz zum Personal an der Reception war die Dame an der Hotelbar mega freundlich und war auch zu späterem Zeitpunkt bereit ein Getränk zu bereiten. Einfach nur super.

Cons:

Sonst sind immer alle beim Besuch gut vorbereitet. Diesmal hat man mich am Empfang nicht als Stammgast wahr genommen... , Dadurch hat der Check Inn sehr lange gedauert
