Fantastische verblijf.
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid van de personeel bij receptie. oplossingsgericht. behulpzaam.

Cons:

Voor een dergelijk groot hotel hadden we grotere zwembad met meer sauna verwacht. In totaal waren er 2 sauna's , waarvan er een kapot was. Te druk bij sauna. Moest afwachten tot leeg was.

Prima hotel en locatie
Pros:

Vriendelijke dame achter de receptie. Op 10 minuten lopen van een shopping arena. Tram op 10 minuten loopafstand om naar Dusseldorf center te gaan.

Pros:

Mit einer Ausnahme wie immer, wir sind hier öfters, d.h. so weit so gut …

Cons:

Da meine gebuchte Zimmerkatagorie ein Eckzimmer gewesen wäre und dies für uns nicht in Frage gekommen ist , wurden wir in eine einfachere Kategorie umgebucht = Downgrade.
Hierfür haben wir jedoch kein Entgegenkommen erhalten, Preisnachlass o.ä. Da über Booking.com gebucht und nicht zu machen sei, da im Vorfeld abgebucht wurde.
Bin gespannt, wie es beim nächsten Mal aussieht … vlt. tut sich dann etwas …

It's a good priced hotel, best for self driving trip. Will stay again when visit Düsseldorf again.
Pros:

There are a wide variety of choices for breakfast, but it's exactly the same for our 3 consecutive nights.

As we stayed during the Easter holiday, there was a surprise to my daughter (a chocolate rabbit) placed in front of our room door when we went out.

Cons:

There were some hairs around the corner in the bathroom and inside the room, but it's acceptable.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Rhein war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Durch den Online Check in und Check out gibt es absolut keine Wartezeiten am Empfang. Die Zimmer sind hell und geräumig. Das Frühstück sehr reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter, besonders das Barteam, sind überaus nett und zuvorkommend.

Kundennähe und Kundenorientiert, hilfreich, professionell, freundlich.
Aufgrund einer ungeschickten Buchung bei Booking.com bzw. dem Crowne Plaza hatte ich zunächst Kontakt mit Herrn Zander, anschl. mit Frau Hanna Gmeiner und Herrn Sciarrabba. Die genannten Personen sind aufgrund ihrer außerordentlichen Freundlichkeit uns gegenüber besonders zu erwähnen. In kurzer Zeit waren alle Probleme gelöst. Einfach super!!!
