We hebben een super weekend gehad,
Pros:

Prima bedden, mooi uitzicht over de rivier .
Heerlijk ontbijt .
En het zwembad was heerlijk qua temperatuur.

Vriendelijk personeel

Douchen in bad was niet comfortabel.

Ruhige Lage direkt am Rhein. Hotel mit leichten Schwächen aufgrund Baualter, aber empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Personal an Reception hat bei Hinweis auf Mangel/defekter Kühlschrank und Teilbeleuchtung am Zimmer umgehend reagiert, Zimmerwechsel ohne Probleme.
Bademantel für Saunabereich in guter Qualität, flauschig. Schwimmbad konnte nicht mehr genutzt werden, aber andere Gäste haben positiv berichtet.

Cons:

Frühstücksbereich Raumluft zu sehr gekühlt, bedauerlicherweise nicht die Kaffeebohnenmaschinen beim Frühstück in Funktion. Espresso eher gefühlter Instantkaffee. Brötchen teilweise sehr kalt, für Sonntag gegen 08:30 Uhr eher ungewöhnlich.
Lüftung im Zimmer liess sich nicht ausstellen, Dauerfunktion. Fensterkontakt blockieren war einzige Chance, damit Zimmer nicht in Dauerkühlung verbleibt.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Aussicht war hervorragend. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und auch das Badezimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und ausgesprochen lecker.
Parkplätze im Außenbereich kosten 19 €, die Tiefgarage 24 €. Alternativ kann man an der Straße kostenlos parken.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Cons:

Zimmer waren kalt. Mann könnte die Klimaanlage nicht runter drehen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns über den Kühlschrank im Zimmer gefreut.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte der Tresor nicht und die Toilettenspülung stoppte nicht. Um 03 Uhr kamen Gäste ins Hotel und es war sehr laut auf dem Flur für 20 Minuten..... Das Licht im Eingangsbereich / Schrank funktionierte nicht. Wir haben alle Mängel gleich Samstag nach der Ankunft gemeldet. Leider bis Montag nicht behoben. Am Samstag hatten wir zeitweise kein warmes Wasser.

Die Lage. Die Aussicht aus dem Eckzimmer auf Rhein, Rheinwiesen und Düsseldorf. Sehr freundliches Personl.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war offensichtlich mir der normalen Auslastung beim Abendessen überfordert. Wartezeit über eine Stunde.
Der Parkplatz neben dem Hotel funktioniert angeblich per App. Bei uns funktionierte weder die Schranke, noch die App und auch nicht der Kassenautomat. Erst der erneute Gang zur Rezeption ermöglichte die Ausfahrt. Für 19€ ein schwaches Bild.

Pros:

Good location between Dusseldorf and Neus. But also at some distance of the city centers. (you need a car / uber to get somewhere). Older building, but nice renovated lobby, restaurant, rooms. Enough parking space in and around the hotel. Very quit rooms, good isolation of windows and the option to open windows an get fresh air inside. Spacious bath room. Very good beds, pillows, ...

Cons:

The windows in the room could have been cleaner. Some dust on the shelfs, but Ok this is complaining at high level. The breakfast buffet is generous but basic.
