Pros:

Not a five star property at all, the food was over before the breakfast time. Also there was lack of Maintenance. Would love to have my money refunded and pool was not operational horrible experience for the money we paid and in the name of 5 star hotel

Amazing Service, Lovely Hotel – Highly recommended!
Pros:

We (family of 3) stayed one night at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. After arriving early from London, we were very grateful to be allowed an early check-in. Othniel handled everything smoothly and professionally, Sandeep welcomed us with complimentary garments, and Priya kindly showed us to our room with a warm smile.

Our Tower Room was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for recovering after a long flight, with blackout curtains and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared options.

One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast room containing our passports and money. When I realised later, I was incredibly relieved to find it had been safely handed in and looked after at reception. The team even chose not to disturb us while we rested, which we really appreciated.

A big thank you to Saurav for arranging everything so perfectly. A short stay, but excellent service throughout—we’d happily return.

Worst Service for Banquet Hall
Pros:

I had booked the Banquet hall for my son's 10th Birthday and was very disappointed with the Sales and Operational teams efforts which really caused me to run around all the directions and not enjoy or focus on my Son's most memorable time of his life. I would want others to ensure that you have all the things confirmed a day before and make sure that there is nothing you have to do during your special day.

The overall experience was not as per ITC standard and the charm it had 5 years back is all gone and the management is least bothered. Hope with this message atleast help others to be aware.

Excellent haleem and service by ITC KAKATIYA

We visited ITC KAKATIYA IN MONTH OF OCT
that time I havs decided if I visit hyderabad again will.visit kakatiya to enjoy haleem

So when I decided to visit in feb I called Mr abhishek menon GM ITC KAKATIYA
MR MENON A GENTLEMEN said sir plz visit anytime your haleem will be ready
Such a kind words with lot of hospitality in those words
Mr menon though was not able to meet us at 8pm
Still he made sure that our visit to kakatiya would be up to the mark
Thankyou Mr abhishek menon

Mr menon asked Mr Abdul from in-room dinning that plz take care of joglekars
So he came to serve us personally in pavilion
Really 5 months back Mr Abdul was only person u served us Food and we enjoyed a lot
Today also he served us haleem biryani along with khushi
Haleem they never charged me at all
Thankyou Mr Abdul khushi and Mr menon

Really chicken biryani And haleem was over
So before we asked to order some more
Mt Abdul personally ordered for more chicken biryani And haleem without expecting a single penny , really they never charged us for that

Horrible experience in such property like ITC, Kakatiya
Pros:

This hotel provided a terrible experience with unprofessional, rude staff, and filthy rooms, despite prior requests. Housekeeping was non-existent, and a promised early morning breakfast pack was not provided. Avoid this place; the service is disorganized, disrespectful, and completely fails to meet basic hospitality standards.
