Pros:

Good but needs big improvements otherwise this should be 4* hotel

I will begin with good points

- All staff polite
- All staff very accommodating
- Nice little gym but having water bottles would be helpful

Now the bad points

- Room is very outdated with signs of wear showing
- If you aren’t quick, the lifts won’t stop and you could end up hurting yourself
- Location of hotel is nearby nothing vaguely interesting
- I was initially given a room which had several bugs and insects on the ceiling skirting board (the staff gave me a new room instantly)
- Breakfast is very limiting
- The cleaners need to do much better as the new room I was given still had hairs in the bathroom from previous guest and throughout my stay, it was never cleaned
- Very limited amenities
- Very far from airport
