Disappointing Housekeeping Service That Fell Below Expectations”
Pros:

I recently stayed at ITC Kakatiya and was extremely disappointed with the housekeeping services. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in—there was visible dust on surfaces, and the bathroom did not feel hygienic at all. Towels were either missing or not replaced on time, and I had to call multiple times just to get basic items.

What made it worse was the slow response from the housekeeping staff. Even after repeated requests, there was a clear lack of urgency and attention to detail. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better professionalism and cleanliness.

Overall, the poor housekeeping service significantly affected my stay, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

Pros:

Not a five star property at all, the food was over before the breakfast time. Also there was lack of Maintenance. Would love to have my money refunded and pool was not operational horrible experience for the money we paid and in the name of 5 star hotel

Amazing Service, Lovely Hotel – Highly recommended!
Pros:

We (family of 3) stayed one night at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. After arriving early from London, we were very grateful to be allowed an early check-in. Othniel handled everything smoothly and professionally, Sandeep welcomed us with complimentary garments, and Priya kindly showed us to our room with a warm smile.

Our Tower Room was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for recovering after a long flight, with blackout curtains and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared options.

One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast room containing our passports and money. When I realised later, I was incredibly relieved to find it had been safely handed in and looked after at reception. The team even chose not to disturb us while we rested, which we really appreciated.

A big thank you to Saurav for arranging everything so perfectly. A short stay, but excellent service throughout—we’d happily return.
