Feels scam
Pros:

I visited this place with a group of my friends. Used the restaurant SSENCE for lunch and dinner. Surprisingly same restaurant for same product charged me different price at different time. It makes it doubtful. You feel something fishy. Service is not same as it used to be to be. Courtesy is missing. I’m not going to come back.
