Pros:

Pros:

Pros:

Albergo molto buono, colazione ottima e varia. Anche la cena a buffet presenta molte alternative e numerosi dolci. Lo staff è gentilissimo. La pulizia ottima. Tutto molto bello. Super consigliato.

Breakfast was great as usual but the way reception welcome the guest at the entrance was not professional as some times it looks like she is 100% sure that breakfast is not included in our booking and she wants to double check in the system immediately.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel, booked via Booking.com from 4th July to 8th July 2025.

We arrived at the hotel before 7:00 AM and requested an early check-in. At the reception, we were informed that early check-in would cost an additional INR 3,000 plus taxes, which I agreed to without any hesitation due to our flight delay and extreme exhaustion.

At the time, I informed the receptionist that we were very tired and needed to rest immediately, so I requested that the extra bed (cot) for the third occupant be arranged as soon as possible. Despite calling the reception four times, no action was taken. I finally had to step out and speak to a room service staff member, who then coordinated with someone else, and the cot was eventually delivered at 10:05 AM—more than three hours later.

This delay made me question the value of the INR 3,000 early check-in fee, as we were not provided the promised comfort or service promptly.

Additionally, we experienced loud drilling noises due to maintenance work happening above our room. While the receptionist had mentioned there might be slight noise, the actual disturbance was much more severe. We called again to request a room change, and the staff did offer an alternative room with twin beds, which was not suitable for us, so we decided to stay in the original room despite the inconvenience.

Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, particularly considering the additional charges paid for early check-in and the lack of timely service. I request you to kindly look into this matter and consider a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
