The breakfast, although a good spread, I did not enjoy so much. It could be just me.
For starters they said they couldn't find my booking.com booking
They took 1 hour for checking us in inspite of shoeing booking.com email and booking.com confirmation number.
Which was a total let down
As imagine the amount of tension I went thru at night 11 pm when they said there is no booking
After 1 hour of constant discussion that we are not leaving from there
Suddenly viola after 1 hour they found the booking
Looks like they wanted to sell our rooms at a higher price to others and tell us we have no booking
The room service was very bad
We ordered veg biryani.
The accompaniments like salad papad pickle came after 1 hour after we finished eating.
They didn't even bother

The food overall was quite good. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The rooms have a very peculiar musty and stale smell that didn't get resolved by any air freshner. The rooms dont have a good ventiilation so it felt quite stuffy. Also, the location is good but since the property is surrounded by quite a few night clubs so there is a lot disturbance through the night and it was quite upsetting. We were on the 3rd floor but the noise was quite loud and went on till 6am in morning.
Rihan at the pancake and waffle stand is very sweet and kind and makes really good sweet treats
The service was very good and especially from Moi at atrium bar.
She was ready to give you any details you asked relating to the hotel and even the area in general. I enjoyed my stay and most of it was because of the service I was given.
