Not recommendable at all. I would prefer staying in a neat and clean Lodge instead of here

Property is very old, some room are renovated some are still from ancient times

Cons:

If you want a ‘sex worker’ approach you at 11 pm in the night at the lobby to tag along with you to the room please book this hotel :)

Pros:

The breakfast buffet was fabulous--dishes made to order, fresh fruit, great coffee... And the dining room itself was comfortable--food stations and tables nicely spaced.

Cons:

Was told not to use a credit card at any of the shops in the basement level of the hotel because of a history of credit card fraud. The shops are independent of the hotel.

wonderful stay at a great hotel.
Pros:

The property is old school - not flashy in the new, glass laden sense. Built like an old ship. a grand one. it has so much space ! we loved the gym, the health club with the amazing jacuzzi and chill pool, the swimming pool and breakfast was great as well. Very well located. got everywhere from the Qutub, to sunder nursery in 15 - 20 minutes.

Cons:

The furniture in the room could have been more beautiful. these pieces did not feel 5-star.

It has been an excellent Human experience at the Suryaa Hotel from the arrival at the Rexeption handled by Mr Neer and his team. I enjoyed the Indian Hospitality always .

Pros:

We had dinner in the Sampan restaurant. It was fantastic ! Brilliant views matched with superb service from Mimin. First night on holiday and what a start, the food was sublime and cocktails delicious, the music was fabulous, very talented singers … we totally recommend going here ❤️

Great buffet and service
Pros:

Womderful experience. Great Buffet menu with a lot of superb variety of Indian food and also a International touch. Vegetarían food and also chicken and fish cooked and grillera in the act. A lot of desserts. A such a great service. We were atttended by Anil who made with our experience excellent, kind, fast and always attentive.

Hotel canceled last-minute/day off check-in, blamed card issues (untrue) = likely overbooked
Cons:

Was meant to stay 4 days there for a wedding. I believe they were overbooked and cancelled my room for that reason. They cancelled the morning of me having to check in. Apparently my credit card could not be validated although it was perfectly fine to pay for my pre-booked taxi to the hotel....on top I used 2 other credit cards who could not be validated, leading me to believe that they were overbooked and my room was just easy to cancel....
