Pros:

Location is good, the room was clean and breakfast was fine. In general the staff was friendly.

Cons:

- No free water provided to the room, when asked for this over the phone we got an arrogant response and were referred to the €2 water containers in the minibar. This is below par service for a 4-star hotel
- When asked for an iron & iron board (not provided at first) I got strict instructions as if I was planning to take it home. I could only keep it for 1h max
- Price/quality ratio is off to me

Pros:

Localização excelente! Junto da zona nova da cidade, com transportes públicos ao virar da esquina assim como comércio e restaurantes! O pequeno almoço também é muito bom e as instalações modernas e confortáveis.

Mitten im Zentrum aber für den Preis ist die Qualität zu wenig.
Pros:

Extrem engagiertes, zuvorkommendes und höffliches Servicepersonal - sowohl am Empfang, im Restaurant, als auch bei der Zimmerreinigung.
Nette Foyer-Räumlichkeiten.
Terasse im 6 Stock zur privaten Nutzung - bei schönem Wetter ein Pluspunkt.
Tierfreundlichkeit (Reise mit Hunden).
Der Kaffee serviert vom Personal (Profi-Kaffeemaschinen) gut.

Cons:

Stark verschimmelte Dusche.
Spärliche und ungemütliche Zimmereinrichtung.
Nervig ist der offene Kleiderschrank.
Kein Wasser oder wenigstens eine Karaffe oder Wassergläser im Zimmer - stattdessen nur Pappbecher für den Kaffee im Zimmer.
Im 2-Personenzimmer eine Kapsel Kaffee für den bereitgestellten Automaten.
Frühstücksbuffet klassisch, aber nicht überragend - Saft in der früh entweder aus dem Karton, oder verarbeitet aus den Früchten vom Vortag (ein mal bereits fermentiert). Kaffee aus den Automaten grässlich, dafür der vom Personal servierter Kaffee gut.

hotel très bien, mais surtout ne pas avoir une chambre au 6eme étage
Cons:

J'ai eu une chambre au 6eme étage, qui se trouve juste sous la climatisation et air conditionné de l'hotel installé sur le toit. Résultat chambre très bruyante, bruit permanent dans la chambre.
Impossible de changer de chambre!!!!!
