A very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, nothing stood out in a positive way.

Cons:

The reception staff was unprofessional and lacked proper communication skills. Many basic items that are usually included in hotels required additional payment. The room did not match the photos at all; it was much smaller and missing essential amenities. The bathroom facilities were also not in good condition. When we raised our concerns, the response was disrespectful, which made the experience even worse.
