Great location, smooth check-in helpful staffs
The location is superb. Walking distance to major malls at Bukit Bintang. Bukit Bintang Monorail and MRT are also within walking distance.
The facilities are a little old, though it probably has been refurbished.

The bathroom produces some foul smells from the drainage and we can smell people smoking through the ducting ..

The best location you can get in Langkawi.. it is awesome beautiful resort just what should be on a beach. The pool is huge open in between everyroom has access to it.

The room (for a very reasonable price), in my opinion, is better then the 5 star hotel near to this hotel with a lot of greens. Room is spacious enough, with excellent bathroom, light controls and good water pressure.

This Hotel has it all, from the time we walked into the foyer we felt welcome. All of the staff (over 500 of them) were there to help make your stay rememorable.
If you were so inclined you don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time. The hotel runs its own tours and of course tuk tuks are there to show you other scenic spots.
