I would like to share my experience during my stay at this hotel.
In terms of location, room, and breakfast, everything was good and there were no issues. However, there is one serious matter that affected my overall experience.
The hotel does not provide parking or clear information regarding parking arrangements. As a result, I had to park my car in an unsuitable area and was issued a fine by the police. This was very disappointing and caused unnecessary stress during my stay.
Furthermore, when I asked the hotel staff for assistance or clarification, the responses were not helpful at all. Most of the time, they either did not have an answer or simply said they did not know.
Due to the parking issue and the fine, I was unable to properly enjoy the hotel facilities, including breakfast, as I was preoccupied and stressed about the situation.
Suggestions for improvement:
Provide clear information about parking to guests
Offer guidance or alternatives for parking
Ensure staff are better trained to assist and respond to guest inquiries
Overall, although the basic facilities were satisfactory, my experience was negatively affected by the parking issue and the lack of support from the staff.
