The hotel was old and they didnt change the bed sheet and towels for long time and was veryyyy old ,, they didnt put any coffee or tea in the room ,, they insist us to put deposite and we explain for them that we are not here so long just for 1 day they didnt accept …

ONLY LOCATION VERY CLOSED TO ALL AND LIGHT RAIL

Cons:

1. Room even at 4.30pm not done and the reply was very bad that they do room until 6pm and i have to wait!!
2. When ask for 2 Wine Glass, they say cannot give!! we have to buy our own, when i complaint then they change their mind.
3.VERY NOISY LOBBY EVERYDAY!!

整體來說很讚，和預期中的一樣好
Pros:

房間很乾淨，設備也很齊全，隔音也蠻好的，下次會想再來入住的五星酒店

Cons:

一樓到房間的的電梯都要先搭到39樓的lobby, 才能再轉另一側的電梯去房間
