I recommend this hotel, except Mrs Abe who needs some training in customer care

Only thing that disappointed us is on our last day when we checked out,we were waiting for our taxi on the ground floor in the restaurant, Miss or Mrs Abi or Abe was very rude with my family,she told them they couldnt have a nap there,and several times she asked when are we going, otherwise the other staffs were so helpful like Farhad, Govind and all others

I have booked in advance for the stay but my air ticket back to my country was 3 days before the check out date. They made me paid for all the stay. They could have contacted me to tell me about it. I have asked them several times via message but it’s only on my arrival day only they told me i should have told them one week before. What about the message i have been sending them? They are not considered??
I have stayed for nearly 14 days which means they could have done something. 2 weeks since my arrival and they are not willing to cancel only 3 days. Very disappointing.
They could have communicated well when it was asked already about it on and off via the message in booking.com itself. I feel that they were making me a bouncing ball between them and booking.com. At last nothing was done between both parties.

Incredibly central location in the heart of Bukit Bantang - walk to 5 malls
Pros:

Originally booked at the Melia round the corner and due to lack of customer care moved to this hotel - and I'm absolutely delighted I did. In the heart of Bukit Bantang shopping district, short walk to 5 malls, multiple eating places and hive of activity. Huge rooms, incredibly clean with a view of the Petronas towers. Was in KL for 3 days and didn't leave the vicinity of the hotel as there was so much to do nearby. Planning another trip to KL to see everything else. Booked a taxi to Hameedya's for their famous Nasi Kandar without realising it was only a 4 min walk. Cannot emphasise enough how amazing this location was and how fantastic the staff and facilities.

Pros:

Loved this hotel. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and staff really helpful. It's located near to alot of the sites, with nearby train stations which are easy to use.
