Wonderful service, the maid Lupita was an angel and the entire staff in general made us feel loved.
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, the maid is an angel "Lupita" Is her name! Everyone was incredibly supportive in making our stay excellent.

Cons:

We couldn't stay any longer, hehe

Sin duda, me volvería a hospedar.
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, las camas muy cómodas y todo se veía muy limpio.
La habitación cuenta con el espacio justo, no se sentía apretada.

Cons:

La llave derecha del lavabo estaba muy dura para abrir y cerrar. Pero la llave izquierda funcionaba perfecto.
Hay alberca en la azotea, pero le da el sol directo casi todo el día, así como a las sillas y camastros, lo cual hace que no se antoje mucho estar ahí durante esas horas.

nuestra estancia agradable y satisfactoria.
Pros:

El servicio en general fue estupendo, la ubicación perfecta, sin duda volveremos, el servicio de estacionamiento excelente, las camas muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas que me parece un factor importante, algo que nos gusto bastante es que la habitación cuenta con su propia plancha eso es un punto a favor ya que no hay necesidad de solicitar el servicio en recepción, el desayuno buffet variado.

Location was great, staff was amazing!

Cons:

Horrible noise at random times during the night. It was terrifying (hopefully they can fix this). Also didn't like that there is no thermostat, can't control the temperature.

La ubicación, la habiatacion con suficiente espacio

Cons:

Si bien el personal era amable creo que falta de parte de la recepcionista que me atendió para el check in tal vez la recomendaciones de como utilizar las amenidades con las que cuenta el hotel, asi como el servcio del restarurante ya que me percate que unicamente se las mencionaron a los huéspedes extranjeros.
