Pros:

Las vistas a la ciudad son increíbles, y el personal muy amable. Sólo que si vas por la alberca, toma en cuenta que sólo mide 2.7ft de alto (unos 70cm).

Pros:

Great location. The hotel stay was friendly, very helpful and addressed any concerns immediately. Example of this was the TV not working and they were waiting for us at the door as we took the elevator.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Century Reforma
Pros:

The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s near a police station and we felt very safe. If you like to party there’s plenty of spots nearby to go to.

Cons:

The shower floor isn’t level and one of our beds, the mattress, should be replaced; slanted from years of guests sitting primarily on one side of the mattress.
