good hotel and breakfast, tip- dine out
Pros:

great hotel, staff etc location was ok. the attention to details in the rooms was fantastic and breakfast was good

Cons:

spa and restaurant -

spa they were kind enough to open early for us but wasnt cleaned , I had a massage which was ok but could of been much better
restaurant- the main restaurant offering Italian and Moroccan cuisine wasnt very good, ate there the first night, fish over cooked, steak dry. second night went for a pizza and salad, was not¡ing m better than very average

Probably the best hotel in Ouarzazate. Pricey but comfortable.
Pros:

I loved the swimming pool and my bedroom (a suite with 2 bedrooms). Everything is clean and new. Heating working. A change from staying in the classical ryads.

Cons:

The food could be more interesting. And the restaurant is ok, but a bit anonymous. The restaurant à la carte is basically a pizzeria.

Pros:

Le confort des chambres, le silence absolu et la gentillesse du personnel. Le chef cuisinier et le responsable de la salle à manger sont tous les deux exceptionnels. L’emplacement est également parfait

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueil n’est pas compétent ni pour les renseignements ni pour la partie administrative. Notre check out a été fait en 3 fois… dommage

Perfect place to explore the region
Pros:

The whole environment, gardens, pool area… the rooms were really warm and comfortable although we had extremely cold days

Cons:

The restaurants were not all open and so we had only two options but was kind of ok. Extremely friendly staff there. We had several mosquitoes in our room which is really annoying…
