Pros:

Bedroom was good size, water was hot. Laundry was done very fast.

Cons:

Front desk staff and front door reception poor. Cockroach in room. Alcohol was unreasonably expensive. Lunchtime food was indifferent.

Small area of improvement would be better english for the staff in customer service, and also I sent two messages via booking but never got an answer but again small things.

7€ une cannette de coca !!!! Vraiment exagéré !!!
Piscine glacée et je pèse mes mots ! Seuls qq enfants courageux ont réussi à se baigner !
Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et compte tenu du prix je ne trouve pas ça normal de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine qui en plus est très belle !
Mais une piscine aussi gelée , ce n’est pas acceptable !
