Pros:

We stayed at the Berbere Palace for 1 night. Check in was very fast and we received a warm welcome. Room size was great and very comfortable. We didn't get to use the facilities as we arrived early evening. Pool looked lovely. Gardens were very pleasant and there was a lovely smell from the plants. We would have eaten at the hotel but we weren't given any information about the hotel when we arrived. When we went to eat it looked like there was a function on in the restaurant so we left and ate at a local restaurant at the ned of the street. Breakfast was lovely in the morning. Staff were pleasant

Piscine non chauffée, pas de jacuzzi contrairement à ce qui figure sur le site. Nombre insuffisant de transats. Très fâcheux, une heure d’attente à table au restaurant sans pouvoir être servi. Nous sommes allé manger au petit restaurant á l’angle de la rue ! Quelle image pour un palace 5 étoiles.

Ontbijt en Bufferdiner zijn matig en niet passend bij wat je mocht verwachten. Gym qua apparatuur en hygiëne evenmin op niveau.

We highly recommend this luxury property. The pool is stunning, the staff is best-in-class.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The waitstaff was so friendly and warm and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us when our driver was late to pick us up. Five star people for sure!
