Całkiem dobre miejsce w niezłej lokalizacji za za duże pieniądze
Pros:

Lokalizacja. Dobre śniadania. Super pomysł z ciastem na powitanie i Welcome drink i małym winem na pożegnanie - miło :)

Cons:

Stary hotel, mało wind i średnio działające. Dość brudny i zimny mocno chlorowany basen wewnętrzny. Płatny parking codziennie ok 14-18 euro to spory wydatek

Cons:

As we were leaving the property around 10am on Sunday, we got out of the hotel with two large suitcases. A taxi rank stands about 30 metres uphill from the hotel. A white minibus was parked right across the access area which prevented taxi access. I asked a young bearded man who confirmed he was driving it if he could move it so a taxi could come to collect us. I am over 70 and my wife over 80.
The young man subjected me to a volley of verbal abuse, shouting you are nothing,this is my island,you are stupid and moved to shout in my face which was intimidating and most unpleasant. I have never seen anyone behave like that anywhere,and in Madeira it was extraordinary. The Pestana was not responsible as he was clearly collecting guests,but it should be possible to find who he was. He needs medical help for anger management,and his employer should think long and hard.

Cons:

Nemožnost zaparkovat zdarma, vystříkání koupelny rádoby vůní bylo něco strašného. Pokud by room servis tuto proceduru vynechal, hodně hostům by se ulevilo

Amazing sea view, charming hotel
Pros:

Superior room was definitely worth the money, amazing view over the ocean, modern equipment, good air conditioning. Very clean including pool area. Great staff. Pleasant variety and fresh fruits for breakfast to choose from, decent terrace. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would be pleased to return to this hotel.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Breakfast was stunning especially with the views. Pools and gardens kept exceptional clean.

Merveilleux!
Pros:

La vue de la chambre était fabuleuse. Le cadeau d’accueil fut très apprécié et faisait un beau clin d’œil à la Madère. Le déjeuner était varié, généreux et toujours frais. Délicieux et pour tous les goûts.
Tout était propre autant la chambre que les piscines et les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Un des bains à remous ne fonctionnait pas. Nous y sommes allés en famille et aurions apprécié avoir des jets qui fonctionnent en totalité. Bref, c’était quand même bien.
