L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la nourriture et la propreté

Cons:

En faisant la réservation 6 mois avant, j'avais fait une demande d'arriver à minuit, on m'avait répondu que l'hôtel allait évaluer ma demande, je n'avais jamais eu le suivi de la part de l'hôtel. Arrivé sur à l'hôtel, il n'y avait aucune chambre disponible, j'ai dû aller chercher une chambre dans un autre hôtel pour cette nuit dans une ville que je ne connaissais pas.


Pour un coupler deux lits simples collés ensemble, pas fort.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, superb location, comfortable and sizeable rooms.

Cons:

Maybe consider trays for breakfast, too much walking back and forward, especially if on balcony.

Pros:

Excelente Pequeno Almoço com muita variedade e excelente qualidade de produtos. Sala de pequeno almoço grande, com muito espaço para circulação e uma excelente vista para o mar.
Ótima localização. Muito perto do centro e com bons transportes público.
Simpatia do pessoal sempre muito pronto para responder às nossas questões.

Cons:

Utilização de um copo, no quarto, para beber um bocadinho de vinho Madeira, simpática oferta de boas vindas, e passados 3 dias, o copo não tinha sido substituído.
Considero que, num hotel deste nível, a reposição de uma garrafa de agua por dia, no quarto, melhoraria o nível de serviços.
Má solução para o parqueamento das muitas viaturas utilizadas pelos hóspedes. Um espaço free, de muito difícil utilização e manobra. Um parque ao nível da receção, de mais fácil utilização, mas pago e não muito barato.

Bár voltak problémák, de bármikor visszamennék.
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, remek kilátással. A szobám a 11.emeleten volt óceánra néző kilátással. A szoba elég nagy volt és az ágy kényelmes. A reggeli és vacsora bőséges és változatos volt. A kültéri medencék szépek. A személyzet barátságos és segítőkész.

Cons:

A szobakártyával és az ajtózárral volt néha probláma.
A szobám és amellette lévő szöba között volt egy bezárt átjáró ajtó, gondolom családi szobává nyitható össze, de így a szomszéd beszégetése és a TV hangja nagyon áthallatszott.
A fürdőszobára ráférne egy alapos tatarozás.

Excelente opción para disfrutar madeira.
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso, súper grande y lleno de actividades, experiencias y espacios donde pasarla increíble. Durante la estadía mi hijo cumplió años y fueron súper detallistas con el, lo llenaron de sorpresas y detalles. El personal en general es muy amable y las vistas de la habitación al mar son soñadas 😍
