Delightful stay in every way.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed made to order eggs as well as the extensive buffet that would certainly appeal to every palate.

The hotel’s music themed decor was fun and memorable for all generations.

Dined twice in the outdoor/indoor cafes with a very pleasant staff.

I forget the maintenance person’s name Jose? He showed us how to work the tv and a/c unit. The front desk assistants and concierge lady were sincere, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a long line to make coffee. Maybe a third coffee station would help.

A hotel I can come back in the future!
Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean room. The atmosphere is unique with Flamenco music while I was waiting for the lift to open.
Great outdoor bar and restaurant with good local beer and tasty burger!

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war prima, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war genial, eine tolle Auswahl und alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Vor dem Hotel ist direkt die Bushaltestelle und man kommt bequem in die Altstadt. Wir wurden an der Rezeption auf die BARIK-Karte hingewiesen, mit der wir dann auch den ÖPNV genutzt haben. Eine sehr gute Weise, Bilbao zu erkunden.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren mit 19 EUR pro Tag finde ich ziemlich happig.

Excellent hotel près de la gare
Pros:

Grandes chambres très confortables, lumineuses et bien insonorisées
Personnel avenant qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes

Cons:

La qualité de certains ingrédients au déjeuner pourrait être améliorée (ex. humus et tranches de pâté séchés sur le dessus), plusieurs fruits durs et non mûrs (abricots, pêches…)

Correcto pero no es un 5 estrellas
Pros:

Cama cómoda , limpieza 10. El agua caliente en la ducha tardaba mucho en salir pero todo correcto. Destaco las sábanas en positivo y las toallas en negativo , muy ásperas

Cons:

El servicio de atención de la señora de guest experience que debería ser de ayuda al cliente y orientar sobre qué hacer o dónde ir. Desgana total. Nos dijo que no abriría nada el domingo ni el día de san Isidro y no fue verdad . Estaba todo abierto. No quiso ayudar
