Great location,nearby Bernabeu stadium ,only few minutes walking.

Great building, poor customer service
Pros:

Really cool decor of hotel. The bar staff were great and made very good cocktails.

Cons:

I was on floor 7. Twice we were woken by noice on the floor above. This was very early in the morning. I asked for a complementary coffee for our inconvenience. The receptionist Sofia stated no and was rather blunt.

Additionally there are items if food in the room and it’s not clear that they form party if the minibar and are chargeable.

Fantástico hotel con una ambientación divertida y original
Pros:

Hotel original con decoración basada en el concepto de la música y sus diferentes géneros. La habitación muy amplia y luminosa, sin ser ruidosa pese a localizarse en el primer piso. Cama muy cómoda y baño espacioso. Desayuno muy variado y de calidad con productos artesanos. El restaurante-bar de recepción tiene un ambiente moderno y vanguardista muy agradable para picar algo o beber un cocktail con excelente trato.

Cons:

La ubicación es estupenda si se requiere conexión con la estación de Chamartín, pero no se trata del mejor barrio/calle a la hora de visitar la ciudad. Todo depende del objetivo de la visita.
