All possible solutions are in place to minimize any inconvenience during your stay.
After the rooms and meeting spaces, it's now time to redesign our restaurant and bar and offer you a unique experience in Geneva as of next year. While our outlets are closed, a complimentary Hospitality Lounge is available for our in-house guests and offers self-serviced drinks and finger foods . The in-room dining is available around the clock, as well as the MET Rooftop (except during seasonal closing) . Our concierge team, true destination expert, will be happy to suggest partner restaurants suiting your tastes just a few steps from the hotel, located in the heart of downtown.
Please note that the hotel entrance, Quai du Général Guisan, as well as our valet parking service, will remain available throughout the renovation period.

Ein schönes 5 Sterne Hotel mit sehr guter Lage.
Wir haben eine Junior-Suite bestellt für CHF 880.00 pro Nacht und kriegten ein Zimmer mit einer grossen von ca. 20 m2 bis max. 25 m2. Am Bettfuss hatte es einen schmalen Durchgang von ca. 50 cm. Das Bad hatte ein Lavabo. Wir fanden dieses Zimmer sei keine Junior-Suite und haben dies auch bei der Abreise beim Check-Out dem Frontdesk gesagt. Das Zimmer Nr. 430 dürfte nicht als Junior-Suite angepriesen werden.
Der Frühstücksraum war auch nicht gerade 5 Sterne Like!
Hotel war ein Flügel im Umbau und der Frühstücksraum den wir von früher kennen uns sehr schön war, war leider nicht zu benutzen.

During my stay, I unfortunately discovered that a portion of the cash I had kept in my room bag was missing. I first reported this to hotel management on August 14. As this fell over a weekend, the hotel only started its investigation and informed me that I should contact the police on August 17, the day of my departure – which did not leave me a real opportunity to file a police report before my flight.
I want to be fair to the hotel and note that management did engage with their internal investigation but it didn't give any result. I would encourage guests to use the in-room safe or hotel deposit box for valuables rather than leaving cash in luggage. I would also suggest that hotels consider how weekend timing may affect guests’ ability to respond to such matters before departure.
Separately, the hotel was undergoing renovation works during my stay. This is worth knowing in advance if you are planning to book during this period.and pay that money.
