Please note we are undertaking a partial renovation from October 2024 to April 2025. All measures have been taken to guarantee the comfort of our guests. Our restaurants and spa facilities will remain fully open.

Please note that children are welcome in the Fairmont Spa only between 14:00 and 17:00 from Monday-Friday, and between 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. They need to be accompanied by an adult.

Hotel espetaculoso com um staff fantástico!
Pros:

Hotel espetacular, localização perfeita e staff fantástico. Tive um imprevisto com minha mala de bordo na chegada e o staff nao mediu esforços para resolver o pequeno problema. Um obrigado especial ao Mohamed da recepção que foi fantástico!!!

Cons:

O cuidado e atenção do staff com os hospedes, a localização privilegiada em frente ao lago e a mistura clássica do palácio antigo com o conforto da modernidade no ponto certo.
