Our flight was in the evening and we needed a place for my wife to pump her milk out . However the reply given by the staff was very vague . U can try using our facilities however it might not be avail. 😂

Все было очень чисто, комфортно и удобно. Расположение у отеля превосходное.

Cons:

С самого начала нас плохо встретили на ресепшен. Персонал, который встретил нас — очень неприветливый и недружелюбный. При выселении была та же история. К другому персоналу по отелю вопросов нет, только к людям на ресепшен. Не вернулись бы

Great overall stay
Pros:

I had a great experience at Intercontinental Bangkok. Staff is incredibly hospitable, receptive and attentive. I really enjoy the lounge on the 37th floor. The lounge staff, Uma, Jui, Phee, Moss, Amy, Kik, Ink, Geng, Pam, An and Natty were all cordial, attentive and always willing to please. I stay at this hotel frequently, with each stay reinforcing my decision to do so. Great hotel that is 5 stars and the better of the two Intercontinental hotels in Bangkok.
