Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Bangkok! The room was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect and relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless and setting a great tone for my visit.
A special shoutout to Beam from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Beam was exceptionally nice and took the time to fold a beautiful little elephant out of towels for me. It was such a thoughtful and charming touch that truly highlighted the hotel's excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Great Birthday Stay.
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located to many shopping malls, sky walk, sky train which connects to the MRT.

I was presently surprised by the staff at the front desk who welcomed me and also wished me happy birthday.

I am most appreciative of the concierge by the name of Peace who advised me of sightseeing options and how to get to my destinations via sky train and the MRT.
