It was fine
Pros:

Hotel was nice and the staff was fantastic

Cons:

i had booked a 5 night stay with free cancellation. wanted to edit my stay to 3 nights as i wanted to go to khao yai national park for 2 nights. But booking.com and the hotel did not allow me to do it. This was extremely bad and pathetic attitude.i requested quite a few times at the reception as well but they flatly refused. I dont think i will ever be using booking.com again for any hotel bookings ever. you have just lost a very regular customer

Bữa sáng đa dạng nhưng rất chất lượng, nhất là quầy nóng, món cháo nóng trên cả tuyệt vời, quầy nước ép tươi mới mỗi ngày.

Delightful service with a smile
Pros:

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the intercontinental Bangkok. I’ve stayed here before and knew what to expect , but the team went over and beyond to make my daughter’s fist visit to the country memorable.

The concierge team was so patient and helpful in arranging tours for us and for making it possible for us to secure ringside seats to a muay thai game the next night. Peace from the concierge team was so helpful on email and in person. Dalad was also quite helpful in emails. Their team also arranged our transport to and from the airport- and we started and ended our trip in style and in our comfort. The scented cool towels, cold water and popping mints (and wifi) was a nice touch and perfect for braving the Bangkok heat and traffic. My daughter loves the entire stay!!

To the entire club lounge team on the 37th floor- thank you for the wonderful service each time we were there. The service was exemplary.

The cleaning staff, doormen were also always so helpful and pleasant.

The location was also super convenient- close to major shopping areas and is right next to a BTS stop if you want to avoid traffic.

The world's friendliest club lounge staff, stunning views and facilities, and excellent food. best hotel in Bangkok

Compared to other hotels in the global chain, the service provided by the staff at this hotel's club lounge is top-notch.
The warm hospitality I received from the staff led me to become an IHG hotel member last year, and I became a Diamond member this year.

Compared to other top-class hotels in Bangkok, this hotel's strengths lie in the warm service of its staff, as mentioned above, and the view from the club lounge.
The view here is a stunning work of art, and the food is simply exquisite.

Guests staying at this hotel are encouraged to utilize the fitness center and sauna facilities.
The hotel's excellent location, within walking distance of Central World, is also a major plus.

Great improvement, excellent stay
Pros:

I stayed here before the renovation of the hotel and it was just a regular stay. Nothing to talk above. The main reason for my stay was an excellent. Central location.

Current stay was exceptional in every aspect. The rooms are now fresh and modern, the team goes above and beyond.
One feels welcomed and taken care of.
Due to my IHG Diamond ambassador I got a club lounge upgrade and felt the ambience, food offering and care of the team exceptional.

My only issue (noisy room overseeing the Central World with loud music and 2 MRT lines) was taken care of and I was swiftly moved to other side of the hotel to a more quiet setting.

Overall nice experience, good value for money and great club lounge team.

Best Location and View
Pros:

I love the location the most on this hotel. The staff helpfulness were topnotch. Next time i go back to Bangkok, I'll stay in this hotel again. Hopefully, they give me exact room again, the best view looking down the LV cafe.

What an unforgettable & pleasant stay at Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok! Through using 2 suite upgrade vouchers, my parents and I have enjoyed the warmest, the most caring, thoughtful, and professional services by the hotel team. The junior suites are spacious and housekeeping were professional and considerate. The staff and team in the 37th floor lounge were great, too. To sum up, I’d love to revisit Intercontinental hotel Bangkok again and again.

Btw, the hotel is located in the center of Bangkok, opposite to the famous four-faces Buddha-Erawan Shine, and The Central World.
