It is not related to facility. In fact due to emergency I had to check out two days earlier than my paid reservation nights, which hotel did not consider.

The property was centrally, located an easy to maneuver to malls and transportation

Cons:

The property was beautiful. Therooms were clean clean, exceptionally well stocked and comfortable. The spa services were top notch.

Intercontinental Bangkok great location
Pros:

Excellent amenities. Sensational customer service. Great food at the restaurant.

During my check in time I met Mr. Gilbert and his team AJ & GADE who were immensely helpful and made me feel special especially as it was my first time in Thailand.
