excellent value and very good quality
Pros:

nice aircon during the heatwave. very pleasant and helpful staff - especially at breakfast where I needed gluten free options. . nice room and lovely bed. good shower and excellent free wifi.

Cons:

the bar food was extremely expensive!

Only needed to put our head down for the night i book here for the location whare i need to get to .
Pros:

Breakfast brilliant lots of choice hot or cold good coffee . Air con is a good touch in the bedroom.

Cons:

Bed room looked tried ,Mould in shower ,Carpet did not look to good either .

Had an overnight stay, to break up our journey from Glasgow to Cornwall. Looking forward to coming b

The room was ideal for our stay. We had our wee dog with us, and room was great size, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was lovely. Set us up for the next leg of our journey, to Cornwall. We will be staying overnight on our journey back again

Comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

They accommodated an early breakfast very happily and stay was helpful

Cons:

The shower was weak and had low pressure and could be improved.

Really good value for the standard of room and service.
Pros:

Room spacious and very clean, good breakfast, excellent, friendly staff, good service.

Cons:

No granola, or porridge at breakfast and had run out of baked beans, not a big issue, more an observation. Staff managing well and friendly during a very busy breakfast period.

Great Stay, Great Hosts, Great Hotel
Pros:

The Staff and Management were the highlight for me. They were excellent and so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and very tasty

Not a good place to stay with things wrong.
Pros:

Breakfast went cold really fast, staff at desk was helpful room was so small bedding was ripped on double bed. Air conditioning was messing around alot.
