Good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. However, you need to make provision for takeaway for those who didn't eat earlier in the day.
Just one out of the staff felt she was doing me a favour for asking for something handy for the takeaway breakfast

Cons:

Giving the information to guests that you can have your breakfast packed well in a box instead of a paper bag. Other staff were good except one that I have to insist on having a box for the breakfast to be taken away. She said is only the paper bag that was available which can easily give way. But I said no because I had my dinner packed in a box and brought to my room the previous night.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but no structure for queuing. Breastfsst cleared away early. Coffee machine gone before 9.30. But one of the staff could have been a manager did reset the machine and asked if I would like anything else.

Nice hotel - excellent staff.
Pros:

Easy access as a wheelchair user. Room was a good size, plenty of space to move around. Great blackout curtains! Bathroom was also spacious, with safety bars all around it.

Breakfast was good too.

Staff communication was excellent, particularly from Ruby who was so friendly and helpful, and made our stay VERY special.

Thank you Ruby. You’re an absolute star!

Cons:

Had a bit of a problem. with the shower. There was no shower seat unfortunately, even in an accessible room, and the water temperature was far too hot. I couldn’t turn it down to a more suitable temperature for myself. Whatever way the shower was turned it just didn’t change the temperature.

I will be reporting this back to the hotel for H&S reasons.
