Perfect little hotel, warm, cosy and lovely food.
Pros:

Conveniently located and easy to find, the rooms were lovely and cosy, and very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and couldn’t fault it, really tasty food and reasonably priced. The staff are very professional and really lovely.

Faultless
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times but it was our first time this year.

The staff are excellent and always very attentive. The rooms are spotless and the wonderful breakfast included in the price. I have stayed at a Five Star in London and not had as good a breakfast as here. The chef is great and he always says hello to us now, he knows we think his breakfast is super.

We have never used the restaurant for dinner but it is always busy and the food looks good. We did have drinks and there was plenty of choice.

The room heater is very powerful, so even if the room is cold when you arrive it soon gets lovely and cosy.

It is a 10 minute drive from the city centre and you can't really go wrong with this place if you are visiting Canterbury. There is a big car park here and you won't have a problem parking when you drive to Canterbury and back, even if late at night.

This hotel is highly recommended.

Simple basic hotel which serves the purpose of a room for the night. Great if just passing through.
Pros:

Unlimited quantity of food available at breakfast.
Heater in the room worked well
Check in/out worked well, despite a power cut to the building (which was obviously not their fault - wide area was affected)

Cons:

Bed was a little small. We requested a big bed, but were told they are all to a standard size.
While food at breakfast was unlimited quantity, quality was not great, and only a small selection available. For example, I didn't see any fish...
All the staff I saw appeared to be of Indian / Pakistani origin, No white folks anywhere. That suggests to me that some racism has been applied to the recruitment process. (EG jobs given to family, brother in law, etc, and not advertised on the open market to the best person). That upsets me. (Although I will say that all the staff seemed nice and competent)

The rooms were very well equipped, clean. modern and comfortable.
The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and staff good at clearing,wiping tables ,very efficient..
Staff very pleasant.
Good price.
Housekeeping very efficient, nice white towels and generous with milk, sugar and tea for room..

Cons:

Everyone made to wait till 3 to check in.
Parking only £3 per night but would be better addded to price of room.
Location on A2 dual carriageway so had go a lot further out of way when travelling backwards and forwards from hotel to destination. No bus stop accessible easily.
