Booking .com hi jacking my booking from the hotel web site losing me my IHG points

Location was good. It was just off the motorway but wouldn’t want to stay for more than one night as there was nothing around the location apart from a petrol station. Breakfast was good. Small selection but enough. It was freshly prepared and tasted lovely. Staff were amazing. Very polite and happy to help.
Sadly there was no air conditioning in the room and we arrived during a heatwave but we asked for a fan upon booking and it was in our room and set up when we arrived.
The beds were hard so we didn’t sleep very well but we aren’t used to sleeping on hard beds .

Food was o.k but could have been hotter although the staff were happy to reheat it for me.l
Would have been better if plates had been hot.
Location to Canterbury and ease to get to.
Nothing to report. A very good stop off place to both Canterbury and France.
