Walked in, carried heavy suitcase upstairs, realise there was no air-conditioning and then immediately checked out.
Cons:

No lift so carrying a heavy suitcase upstairs was difficult and painful

Pros:

Hotel a 6 minuti di auto da Canterbury, accessibile esclusivamente dall'autostrada, camera ampia e pulita con servizi igienici completi e moderni. Letto comodo con scelta di cuscini.

Cons:

Camera troppo calda per questo agosto infernale, aria condizionata assente ed il ventilatore fornito troppo rumoroso per tenerlo acceso tutta la notte,per cui non abbiamo riposato bene.
Colazione scarsa, poca scelta rispetto ad altri hotel della stessa categoria.
Accoglie i cani, ma con una grossa spesa di 30 Pounds più cauzione, come se fossero i cani a distruggere le camere e non i ragazzi.

Great accommodation to break a long journey.
Pros:

Basic, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. and great location. Super close to the ferry port, so an excellent location to break our long journey.

分かってはいたけれど周りに何もない。夕飯をカンタベリーへ食べにいく場合、結構かかります。

Acceptable stay, price vs. quality is good!
Pros:

Price vs. quality was acceptable. We paid double in all other destinations during our trip in England.
Staff was very helpful and kind, always took the time to assist and go out of their way to help.

Cons:

Friendly staff
Air conditioning was on too hard in the dining area, staff adjusted after asking.
Utensils and plates were not washed very well. Foods remains were present.
