Staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and sufficient. Spacious and clean parking area at £3 a day. Breakfast was ok.
Requested a quiet room. Were given a room on the top floor with no neighbours however it didn’t matter since the windows were not insulated. The noise from the highway forced us to use earplugs and the draft coming from outside required extra blankets. Ok for two nights.
Absolute no go: No toilet brush!
Breakfast was ok. The eggs were seemingly out of a carton and the coffee was watery.
Fried eggs would have been a plus and bigger plates, everything else was spot on. Room was excellent and had everything we needed.
Would have been nice to have had free parking, and mattress was ok but just personal preference a little hard for me.
Every single member of staff were extremely polite, respectful. Friwndly and smiley which goes a long way..
Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Stayed here for the first time and am very impressed, staff are exceptionally polite and friendly. Rooms are beautifully clean and have everything you could need from a kettle with varieties of tes and coffee to and iro ing board, iron amd hair dryer. There was even a bathmat for the showering we required one. Breakfast was hot plentiful with a great variety and again staff that go above and beyond. We will definitely be visiting again. We'll done to all the team !
