Great staff, & breakfast.
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast was well provided for.
Room was clean & comfortable. Most of all your staff were so friendly & helpful, they are a credit to the Hitel.

Comfortable and friendly hotel!
Pros:

We stayed here overnight on our way to the ferry. An excellent Holiday Inn where everything was perfect: very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. Well done!

Das Personal ist unfreundlich und Unfähig wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft eine Dame an der Rezeption die weder kompetent noch freundlich war. So eine Person hat nichts im Kunden Kontakt verloren . Zimmer war nicht sauber und aus der Dusch kam kaum Wasser und das schlimmste war das für all das keine Entschuldigung kam.
Für Leute die mit Hunden dort anreisen man nimmt 30 !!!! Pfund pro Hund muss eine Kaution von 200 bezahlen und das schönste an der Sache war die Zimmer sind in der so runter geranzt das selbst der Hund den Teppich fies fand
