Having sat in traffic for hours around London the hotel was easy to find and get to, staff were very helpful it was late

The break fast is great

Cons:

The first room was full of cop webbs. We complained and we were moved to another room but,
the other room carpet was terrible, the toilet doesn't flush properly. I requested for a chair in the room, the lady at reception said, there is no provision for chair in the room we booked but she eventually give me a conference chair and she made me carry it to the room.

Staff were great, breakfast and location were fine, would request a less busy room/area next time.

Cons:

Only ruined by a terrible nights lack of sleep. Due to a lot of noise from both the rooms location next to the door to the hallway - regularly banging shut & the room above who thumped around like a demented elephant pretty much kept me awake until 1am.
