Pros:

Location & Staff

Cons:

Booking.com or the hotel had not booked my daughter s rooms fortunately it got resolved. But it was applauding service between you both.
The hotel was catering for several junior football teams & they were allowed just to run riot.
Then when I booked for next time I was misled by one member of staff as to free cancellation which I always look for. So on this occasion not great

Told air con may not work, told I may not get a fan, on the hottest day of the year.
Carpets dirty and shower running slow.

Very comfortable
Pros:

Room had air conditioning, was big and the bedy was very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better - we had to wait around for cutlery to be washed. That being said the breakfast was free so we cant really complain!

Pros:

The location was spot on for visiting my two boys , plus my partner likes the view of Dartford crossing

Cons:

The only issue we had was the receptionist accidentally wrote down the wrong room number on our key so we ended up in someone else's room
Ended up getting it sorted in end and the receptionist did apologise so all is forgiven
Also the smoke alarm went off at 1.40am for no reason what so ever as neither of us smoke anyways

Czysty pokój, wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Hotel ma najlepszy czas za sobą, widać to zarówno w części ogólnodostępnej jak i w pokojach. Podczas check-in zostałem poinformowany że w moim pokoju nie działa klimatyzacja, na pytanie czy w takim razie mogę dostać inny pokój recepcjonistka z rozbrajającą szczerością oznajmiła że klimatyzacja nie działa w większości pokoi. Było gorąco, a otwarte okno to spory hałas z ruchliwej drogi pod hotelem. Śniadanie przeciętne.
