Pros:

All the staff were very pleasant & helpful. The room was lovely & clean and an ideal location as a stopover to Brighton.
We arrived late at night but we're still able to get hot food. The breakfast in the morning was great with a good choice to suit everyone.
Would definitely stay here again

Good Stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed, comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Staff clearing and cleaning tables all the time. Plenty of selection for breakfast.
Reception staff were excellent. Karen was patient with customers. When we arrived, it was busy, but Karen and her staff acted professionally and calmly.

Cons:

Would have liked a biscuit in the room with my tea.
Shame you have to pay to park.

Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. One lady in particular was very helpful. I think her name was Claire.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Not everything was kept topped up.

Very good Hotel for your moeny👌👌👌
Pros:

The room was spacious enough the bathroom too .I liked the shower basin not slippery and the water also flowed constancely no interuptions good showergel smells nice.The breakfast was very good what tops the breakfast for me is the morden kaffe machine i could drink my Latte as if i was home.The air condition also functioned very well not too loud to disturb your sleep.The workers very warm and friendly they create a wellcoming atmosphere.👌The bed was also good i enjoyed my sleep .

Cons:

I wish they vacuum clean the room 's carpet abit more it looked a little dusty or wornout .The shower walls needs alittle more cleaning .

Pros:

From the second we arrived, Claire on reception was absolutely lovely! All of the staff were so friendly. We loved that we could opt not to have sheets and towels changed every day, a 4 day stay, we managed ! Perfectly situated for everything we needed to do. The breakfast was good, dinner we expected basic ping food so were pleasantly surprised it was so good and tasty. Would definitely stay again. Booked months ago and got 4 nights for £253! What's not to love!
Loved the lighting in the room, never gad side lights like them before but they were great!

Cons:

Coming out of our room to the stench of weed! Into the lift reeking of weed!
