Everything all the facility available the fact that the ev charger were handy so easy to restart the journey fully recharged and refreshed but also restaurant choice the and shopping amenities all around very good overall .
The shower as the water was going were it should’ve done and I know that is made purposely for a disable person which is fantastic but the tendency of the water running to the drainage manhole wasn’t sufficiently directed to this but I think this is a fault about the incline of the flooring not directed fully to the manhole to take the water efficiently away as was spreading more around the room than going away to the manhole apart from this just amazing place thank you.

Very run down and tired hotel. I reported several issues to the staff who just said they are getting regular complaints. Apparently the hotel is due to change hands and awaiting a refurb. However the hotel is still in the hands of ibis which reflects on their standards. Unfortunately the standards are very low for the money paid. I will be contacting the head office for an explanation as to why the standards have slipped so much.
