This was a 4 day stay at the Como in London. Service and attention from staff was amazing, and better than most hotels we’ve stayed at throughout the world. Clean, modern, attention to detail. A fabulous, 5+++ star hotel.

The location of this hotel is A+. It is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. The staff is one of the most friendly and helpful I’ve ever experienced. I like to give a special shout out to Ali who went above and beyond his duty by riding with me to return the rental car. He was very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful!
We had a very pleasant stay at COMO Metropolitan London. The hotel may not have all the extras such as a huge lobby, swimming pools, or other luxury facilities, but it more than makes up for it with its clean, spacious rooms and beautiful views. The hotel is also home to two excellent restaurants, Nobu and La Bombe, where the food was absolutely outstanding. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. A special thank you to Vasil, the doorman, who was exceptionally kind, polite, and incredibly helpful with his recommendations throughout our visit. His warm and professional attitude made a real difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Thank you to the entire COMO team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future!

This is my third stay at Como and another wonderful experience. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, but I want to give special mention to Alex in the lobby, who went above and beyond - He kindly assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport, made sure everything was settled, and even offered me some water while I waited. It’s small gestures like these that make such a big difference when traveling. Exceptional hospitality and care — thank you for making my departure so comfortable!

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, close to Harrods, with beautiful views over Hyde Park. One thing we especially appreciated was the electronic bidet, which is very important for us as guests from the Middle East. It made us feel much more comfortable and at home during our stay.
