Very nice hotel. We were able to check in early and our room was as requested.

We are in our mid 70’s. The tub/shower was at least a two foot climb in and out. The tub was SLIPPERY. They provide a small bath mat for the slippery marble floor. It was physically hard for us to shower and very scary. There was no hot water the second night and the plumber had to call someone to figure how the shower worked. The ac went out, we reported it at 8 am, and the guy on duty failed to report it. When we returned from a long day, still no ac. The night person on duty had it repaired.

It was a decent hotel for a longer stay in London.
Pros:

The location was very good.

Cons:

My room never felt completely clean and the electricity made me nervous. The breaker in my bedroom closet was very old. The continental breakfast was not very hearty for what you pay each morning.

Bra och lugnt område.Nära till tunnelbana och hop on ,hop off bussar.Trevlig personal på hotellet och ett rymligt,rent och fint rum.Jag åker gärna hit igen!

Cons:

Room was very cold when we arrived as the windows had been left open and the heating wasn’t working until we asked and it had to be turned on at the master switch - it was very noisy air conditioning system and was on all the time
