Great facility, great staff, great location. We really enjoyed our stay and will look for availability here first the next time we come to London. It was very close to a well connected Tube station which really helped us get around the city.

La posizione della struttura: vicina al museo di storia naturale e alla fermata della metro Gloucester Road.
Al momento della prenotazione ho richiesto se era previsto breakfast gluten-free e mi è stato risposto di sì ma in realtà non c'era...Solo il terzo giorno, dopo insistenti richieste, sono state portate due fette di pancarrè senza glutine.
