Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, ya que tiene la parada de metro de gloucester y conecta genial con toda la ciudad. La habitación muy amplia, la cama super cómoda y el desayuno continental estaba muy rico y podías elegir pan, tostadas, bollería, salchichon, chorizo, jamón york y de pavo, quesos variados, frutas, cereales, yogures, huevos duros, etc.

El baño tenía el mueble estropeado y costaba mucho abrir el cajon

Disappointing as room was cold, we held portable heating concerns with safety

Cons:

Air conditioner did not work, staff suggested daily it would be repaired but not so. On checking out we established all rooms on level 1 experienced the same issue. It was winter and room was very cold

Cons:

Unfortunately it sometimes was uncomfortably hot in our room because of the heating/ air con which we were unable to turn down. We informed the hotel about it and they wanted to sort out the problem, but nothing had really changed during our stay. Thankfully it was early December so could open windows for cold air, but would take ages to cool down a bit.
