I liked the staff, they were so friendly, made you feel welcome also the breakfast was nice, good choice of foods thank yiou so much
We didnt like the twin room was on basement level, the room had little natural light & a window that did not open! We asked for not a ground floor or basement level room several times but our request was not accomodated due to us only staying one night! As we were there only one night we went with what we were given but wouldnt of wanted to stay in that room more than one night! Too dark & dingy, we did have a portable air con unit thankfully as the weather was 32 degrees outside! Also minor issue the carpet in the room was digusting & dirty which let the rest of the room state down as the rest of room was clean

I had the room 406 and the toilet had a really bad smell

Great location for access to both Victoria and Battersea. Which provide access for trains, underground and Uber Boat.
The lift seemed to constantly be in use. I was on the fourth floor and apart from taking my case up and down, I had to walk the stairs.

I liked the location, so close to the underground but yet it’s a lovely quiet area. So clean and comfy beds. All the staff were so friendly and helpful
The air con in the room goes off all the time. Assumably because it’s cooled down the room, but it doesn’t click back in again. So I woke up boiling hot and had to get up and turn it back on.
Everything. Staff made our stay easy.
Breakfast is always good and even better now that there is a pancake machine!

L'hôtel est bien situé à Londres, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare Victoria, et à proximité de la station Pimlico.

Nous étions un peu déçu par le petit déjeuner. Un peu plus de variété aurait été apprécié.
Good location that was close to major transport links and lovely staff at the breakfast room.
We had a small and awkwardly laid out room that was at the end of its own corridor.
A. The far side of the bed was hard to access due to small space and an air conditioner squeezed between it and the wall.
B. The window was damaged and therefore could not close. There was evidence of where staff tried to seal it with tape.
C. Due to the L shaped formation of the bathroom, if one person sat on the toilet and another were to enter, the person on the toilet would be trapped on the toilet due to the inward opening door.
D. Tight and awkward layout made it almost impossible to not knock off items in the room. There was a slight step into the bathroom that wasn’t visually marked making it easy to stub your toe.
E. Staff moving boxes into the corridor prevented us from accessing our room.
F. Staff rooms and the breakfast hall being placed on either side of the room meant that we had noise disturbances at all times of morning, day and night.
G. The room was unclean with stains in the carpet and beneath the radiator where there was evidence of leaks.
Overall the price paid was not of the value of the experience received.

Good location and good breakfast. Quiet.
It was a bit run down and the air conditioning was provided by a large loud stand-alone unit. I chose this because I stayed at Holiday Inns before but was disappointed by the standard.

They did not have a lift to the room allocated to me and as I was on crutches it was not acceptable and when I requested another room they only had one with a double bed which I had to share with my niece which was also unacceptable.
The room was dirty and needed a good clean and updating.
