Pros:

Excellent staff particularly Rima in the breakfast dining area. SO kind and attentive.
Pleasant ambience all round.
Well equipped and organised room.

Cons:

Minor cleaning issues....dusty corners and ledges
Not a problem for me bug rooms are compact

Friendly, clean but a few challenges
Pros:

Comfortable bed and a very clean hotel. Check in was easy and friendly. There is a bar on site and the breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

Shower was difficult to regulate and at times the water in the handbasin too - either incredibly hot or freezing cold. The room was clean and comfortable though really suitable for 1 or 2 nights. Not enough staff on in the evenings so wait for a drink at the bar in the evening was 20 minutes.

Minkštos patogios lovos, labai gera lokacija - netoli Victoria stoties. Skanūs pusryčiai, labai maloni pusryčių kambario aptarnautoja RIma.

Cons:

Gavome dviejų lovų numerį žemiausiame aukšte, tik mažas grotuotas langelis koridoriuje, drėgmės kvapas, purvinos labai kiliminės grindys. Pagal kainą - labai žema kokybė.

Ottima posizione della struttura, in mezzo alle stazioni della metropolitana Victoria e Pimlico ed anche vicino a Victoria Coach Station da dove arrivano e partono i bus National Express. Buona la colazione, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, camere nella media, assenza di armadio e sedie.

Cons:

Pulizia camera scarsa, moquette sporca, il bagno un po meglio.

Excellent for basic amenities, but overpriced
Pros:

Great location in Pimlico, near both Victoria and Vauxhall. Room was a reasonable size. The breakfast was basic but very good. Early check in. Helpful friendly staff. Quiet room. Also, had a good safe.

Cons:

Poor view from window. No gym facilities. No fridge. Could only get main TV channels. Slightly overpriced - we paid £288 for just one night.
