Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with convenient amenities, and a great location.
Pros:

Most importantly, the hotel has a lift, which made it easy for us to bring our luggage up to the room. It’s also conveniently located near Victoria Bus Station — perfect for us, as we had a bus to catch the next day. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Our room and beds were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast was decent — a standard continental selection.

L'hôtel est bien situé.

Cons:

La chambre était hyper chauffée, on a dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte.
Notre chambre était située à côté de la pièce où on prenait le petit-déjeuner, à partir de 5h30 on entendait déjà le personnel faire les préparatifs.
Ce sera bien d'enlever les tapis des chambres.

Great location for a short stay with easy access to city attractions
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and fresh. Location is 5 minute walk from Pimlico tube on a quiet street. There are one or two restaurants nearby, the Italian S’Ole Mio was great and not too pricey.

Cons:

The room was an accessible room on ground floor, which was good (but not essential for us), however, no matter how hard we tried, the wet room flooded, with the water from shower running around the corner and creating a puddle beside the toilet. There was very little storage, no drawers; the only shelf in the dressing area taken up by the safe; a small glass shelf in bathroom so had to store toiletries on tiled pipe cover beside the toilet, and with no toilet lid wasn’t the best to bend over to retrieve them, always mindful if we dropped any ….. ugh! Carpet was grubby, although usable areas, ie bathroom and bedding, were clean.

Passable is a good way to put it

The flood was VERY dirty. There were multiple stains all over.
