Pros:

The staff were terrific, very well mannered. A really lovely energy. The have someone good in HR hiring them.

Budget friendly great stay!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, friendly staff who were very helpful, great location, felt very safe, clean room and bathroom, beds were comfortable, close to tube station, sainsbury store very close, lots of restaurants/bars nearby. We would recommend.

Perfect for us

Solid option for London hotel accommodation
Pros:

Great Location and overall value- not expensive by London standard. We didn't have breakfast but good complimentary coffee was perfect start to day. Air-conditioning in room which was needed during our stay. Ceaning and servicing of room excellent. Overall perfect for our family needs and saved money on accommodation budget that was put to good use elsewhere. Fsmily room not a suite but size fine for the price and functional for multi-day stay

Cons:

Initially bad smell in bathroom (vent / pipe smell) but thus was sorted out immediately when reported and not a problem for rest of stay. Room window onto a light well - ok for us as quiet and cool but it might put others off if expecting London vista

Rooms were small and fairly noisy outside. But it wasnt bad at all for the money.

Tokeletes elhelyezkedes es jo hangulat csak kicsi a szoba.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedes nagyon jo volt, bo ot perce volt a metro ahonnan mindenhova el lehetett jutni. Emelett a metroval szemben nagyon sok gyorsetterem volt megtalalhato es egy tesco expressz is. Hangulatos volt az egesz hotel es a szoba is.

Cons:

A szoba eleg kicsi volt, eleg szukosen voltak a dolgok. A -1 szintre kaptuk a szobat aminek ablaka egy szo szerinti lyukra nyilt, semmi kilatassal.

We were woken by staff for hours from 6am slamming the staff room doors and kitchen doors REPEATEDLY! Our room was right next door to all the staff! I repeatedly went out upset asking them to stop slamming the doors but it continued up until we checked out at 11am! Every 10 seconds for 4.5 hours!!!! Absolutely disgusting and we were absolutely shattered! This was a stay for part of my birthday as well

Would book again. As described and felt safe and great location for visiting the sights

The hotel was great and fantastic location near a tube station and Waitrose and Boots.

Cons:

Our room was a basement room and there was a musty water smell ?? Coming from the carpet in the basement corridor.
