Zona perfetta in perfetta atmosfera londinese

Struttura in posizione eccellente, a pochi passi la via Craven terrace con varie caffetterie dalle quali a poche centinaia di metri si arriva a Paddington station. A poche centinaia di metri anche la metro di Lancaster Gate oltre ai vari ingressi per Hude park. Quartiere perfetto

Cons:

Le camere venivano riordinate ma non è stato mai pulito il pavimento. Forse una dimenticanza. La nostra aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare subito e anche quella di altri amici con noi. Non è stato un problema in quanto le temperature erano piacevoli. Il nostro letto aveva il materasso molto inarcato, sembrava sfondato.

Tutto sommato un buon hotel in una posizione stupenda.
Pros:

Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione, una delle mie zone preferite a Londra, a pochi passi da uno degli iingressi di Hyde Park e comodissima ai mezzi pubblici (Paddington station a 10 min a piedi, fermate degli autobus a 3 minuti, fermata metro a 5 minuti). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, sia alla reception che nella sala colazione. Il letto è comodo e l'aria condizionata funziona bene.

Cons:

La camera grande ma spoglia e non molto curata, si potrebbe fare di meglio. Colazione discreta, diciamo che era compresa nel pacchetto, altrimenti non pagherei oltre 14£ per averla.

You could get a taxi from the hotel wasnt ideal when you have luggage. Didn't find the staff helpful when asking how to get a taxi was just told to walk.....

Great location and kind staff.
Pros:

I was happy with the size of our twin room, and the aircon was a massive benefit during the heatwave. The location was great for all the activities we had planned. Breakfast was the same each morning but good.

Cons:

We had a blocked sink but it was resolved the next day. At breakfast, there was often no cutlery, napkins or cups! After asking, they were replaced. The room was cleaned thoroughly, only the beds were made. The fridge wasn't working and the room felt tired.
