It was mediocre.
Pros:

The lobby was modern and airy although the reception was a small desk.

Cons:

The main front door wasn’t working and wouldn’t lock so that’s a security risk. Both of the lifts were out of order so carrying heavy luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Our bathroom was okay but one light wasn’t working and had a crack on it. Our shower door wouldn’t close fully and room service was just remaking our bed with the sheets we already had on it prior and our air con wasn’t working

Un soggiorno così così
Pros:

La posizione centrale da cui si potevano raggiungere tutti i mezzi di trasporto dalla metro alla bus.

Cons:

Su 6 giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato in struttura, 3 giorni entrambi gli ascensori della struttura non ha funzionato correttamente (chiusi per guasto), compreso l’ultimo giorno in struttura dove, dal quarto piano, abbiamo dovuto scendere le valigie attraverso delle scale non molto comode specialmente da fare con dei bagagli a seguito.
Purtroppo dal primo giorno ci sono state fornite anche delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani poco puliti ma abbiamo sorvolato non essendo delle persone troppo schizzinose e sapendo che alcune macchie purtroppo non vanno via dalle lenzuola (anche se penso che in quel caso vadano sostitute completamente). Possiamo dire che per quello che abbiamo pagato (non poco) e per essere un hotel 4 stelle, purtroppo, ci aspettavamo un servizio diverso, però per il resto sono stati comunque gentili in tutto e la colazione di cui abbiamo usufruito è stata abbastanza soddisfacente e variegata.

Bellissima struttura e ottima zona, ma servizio da migliorare
Pros:

​Posizione ok e struttura molto bella, zona fantastica. Nota dolente per i servizi: la "pulizia giornaliera" pubblicizzata si è limitata al solo cambio asciugamani e a rifare il letto, senza una vera pulizia della camera. Inoltre, l'ascensore ha funzionato solo il primo giorno Un vero peccato per una struttura con così tanto potenziale.
