Amazing experience loved it, breakfast was ok
Pros:

Really like the coffee machine, how friendly the staff was.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, could be improved on the quality side for the given price as around the corner there was a little cafe we had gone to regular after the first two days for a lower price and better quality

Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn Station „Lancaster Gate“. Hotel liegt ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm. Preis war für Londoner Verhältnisse super! Zimmer Größe war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Keller. Tageslicht schien nur etwas aus dem Schacht neben dem Zimmer.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The hotel is clean, quiet, and offers excellent value for money. The room was spacious, with comfortable and clean furniture, making my stay very relaxing. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile.
A special thank you to Mr. Ali Al-Khalifi from Kuwait, who was exceptionally helpful, cooperative, and friendly. His kindness and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Overall enjoyed my stay - good value for 1 night . Very friendly staff

The room was big and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the lift was not working and I was struggling to carry my luggage up to my room. Upon going in, the room's air-conditioning was not working and I needed to change to different room. The room was okay but the bathroom was not clean. On top of that, only 2 pieces of tissue left in the bathroom for my use.

المكان مو نظيف اللحاف والمخدات مو نظيفه و الأكواب والملعقه مايغسلوها بس يكبو الي جوتها ويخلوها اول ماوصلت جيت بسوي قهوه مسحت الكوب بمنديل من هوا طلع اسود في قهوه عالقه جوا مااتنضفت من الضيف الي قبلي و برضو مافي فرشه أسنان و مافي روب فقط مناشف عاديه

We wouldn’t stay here again and not recommend it to others
Pros:

Bed linen clean, room clean
Pleasant receptionist

Cons:

No toiletries

Shower not cleaned
Lift full of cleaning products most of the day
The hot, buffet breakfast was not very palatable.
We were really disappointed with this as looked forward to it.
The bread was good quality

Estuvimos 4 noches, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado puedes cojer el bus 148 a 2 minutos del hotel que te lleva a la mayoría de los sitios importantes.
El personal estupendo (sobre todo el chaval mas joven de recepción que se me ha olvidado su nombre )
La habitacion es grande Estuvimos en una habitación familiar 2 camas de matrimonio (que eran un poco pequeñas, 135 cm)
Había frigobar y te, cafe en la habitación.
La calefacción muy bien en las habitaciones y demás estancias.

Cons:

El desayuno la verdad que deja mucho que desear, sobre todo por el pequeño salón que solo hay 20 y algo de lugares para no se cuantas habitaciones, lo que resulta que no hay sitio para todos ni para moverte para cojer las cosas.
Luego se tarda mucho en reponer los cuencos son pequeños y solo una chica para todo lo que la pobre no daba a basto (y que iba tranquila)
La verdad que si te importa el desayunar tranquilos antes de salir este no es vuestro hotel

Cons:

I waited 15 minutes and no one came to check me in, I had to go and find someone by going down to the restaurant and shouting ‘hello’ in the hope someone would come help me. Someone shouted back “be up in 5” and the guy that came up had his ear pods in when trying to check me in.

My room was in the basement and felt damp and there were lots of bugs in the shower. I asked to move room and was told there were no other rooms so the guy from reception came and used bug spray as the only option which then stunk the room out. The room was dusty in parts, and hair still in the sink from where the previous guest must have shaved. The room had a funny smell and I could just hear people moving around above me all night, slept for around 4 hours.

I was offered a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience with the bugs but I did not want to eat there or stay any longer. Really awful stay and would not recommend or return.
