The hotel is in a great location next to metro line 1. The staff are pleasant, the breakfast was very good, and Mr. Alec (the navigator) was very helpful

Bed was very comfortable. Good location near a mall and shops. Staff were very accommodating even though the language barrier didn't help. Would stay here again
Sometimes the noise from the corridor would come into the room and you could hear other guests in the hotel.
The breakfast was very good, and I really enjoyed the nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. Thank you to your team for providing such a welcoming environment.
I recently stayed at your hotel, which I understand is rated as five stars. However, during my stay there were no complimentary drinks provided in the room, unlike other five-star hotels I have stayed at before.
I was quite surprised by this and wanted to check whether this was an oversight, or if your hotel does not provide in-room beverages as part of the standard service.

Room is good bed is comfortable location is awesome
Staff need to provide more information during my check in process , no detail info on how to go to floor 50 restaurant as it involve change lift or certain lift can access to that floor. No WiFi information although is open WiFi .

It was near the metro station maybe ten minute walk. For a visit to Hong Kong via Lo Wu, it’s a one metro stop away. Reasonable number of decent eateries and massage outlets in the vicinity. Having CNA channel is a plus. Room is spacious albeit the absence of a view. It stared directly into another high rise block.
The pillows were horrendously flat. Our sleep could have been better.
Having six breakfasts with largely the same menu was challenging.
It would be great if the 50th floor was available for breakfast during weekdays.

Maybe I miss having a small spa with steam bath or sauna in the hotel
