This place should be shut down and renovated or permanently closed. No sense in charging people for a dirty disgusting place like that. The host at the front desk was awesome.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the sofa was new. The pool was nice but could use cleaning.

If you don't like your job, get another job. I've stayed here 4 times and never again. It's always the same crabby lady, grumbling and fumbling to check you in...this time, she threw me a guilt trip about how I interrupted her supper. Really? Most people check in between 4 and 7. It was 5 pm. I'm just trying to check into my room so I can go to dinner with my son and his family. After a 600 mile trip from Texas, I don't need a crabby lady throwing a guilt trip. Next time, I'll pay a few bucks more and stay elsewhere.

The ceiling is destroyed by water damage

I did not stay there and was charged. The place was filthy, health hazard and staff were not of American decent unable to understand anything communicated to them.

The staff was not available upon arrival or other times as needed.
The breakfast did not have regular coffee or any allergen-free options.
The door to our room had been damaged and was very difficult to open.

For the entire time I was there my room wasn’t clean at all. The cleaning lady knocked on my door when I left she never cleaned my room. That’s why I gave a bad review.

I reserved a non-smoking room well in advance… got there to check in, and the only thing they had was a smoking room. This room was absolutely disgusting, was dirty, smelled bad of course, and the lady at the front counter couldn't give two craps about it.

I couldn't get the air system to work properly and the ceiling fan didn't work ...so I spent the night in a nasty smelling room with no air circulation.

What i like about my stay was a warm breakfast and close to shopping mall

Hotel was OK for the type visit we planned. Breakfast menu was really good.

Hotel needs updating, no ice machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent one night stop, decent value for the money.

Checked in hr early....got room with no frig, no micro, hard beds.....talked to mnmgt and got better room....more comfy...no parking in front of hotel...just 4 spots by rooms....to much landscaping, not enough parking in front.....

This is an old hotel and I felt like I was over charged!

The room was dirty. There were nail clippings left beside the bed, the sheets seemed like they were not clean, and there was hair in the shower floor.

Tub was slow draining and dirty, but other than that all was just fine.

Very friendly and clean.. Slept well

Room was dated, but clean. staff was friendly. It's not a resort, but it was a cheap, clean, quiet bed.
