Pros:

The employees were so nice. Our first time traveling with our pup and she did amazing!

Great Trip and Great Hotel!!
Pros:

I loved how friendly the staff was, the power flickered and messed with the TV and we struggled all night trying to fix it but, I know you not, the maintenance man fixed it in less than 2 minutes, the breakfast was good, EVERYTHING WAS SO CLEAN!!! I loved the amenities: full fridge and freezer, 2 stove burners, dishwasher and some dishes and cookware. And the price was great, especially at this time of year and for all that we got. Loved it!

Cons:

The closest to complaint that I had - and it isn't even really a complaint- the weather knocked out the power for a minute or so and threw off the TV. That's so beyond anyone's control. The staff overnight that day was didn't know how to fix it but tried, but the "technical assistance" number it says to call can literally only tell you how to connect to the internet. Nothing more. Maybe that maintenence man can share the secret to the magic with the rest of the staff for entertainment emergencies like this lol.

Wonderful, will stay again!
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been very enjoyable. Staff was wonderful and it is a very clean hotel. Breakfast was decent and the coffee is good. Pool is very nice and clean. The sweet lady at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel. Also great location to access restaurants.

Cons:

The only downside is some rooms are smoking and the website is a little confusing on which ones to book, but there really was no odor and rooms were very clean.
