Hidden gem near the beach

Location was great

Cons:

There were roaches in our room. When I told front desk She was unbelieving and said they had just sprayed thay room the previous week. When I showed the pics I had taken, she kinda shrugged as if she didnt really care and said she would have it looked at.

Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and lack of proper customer service.
Pros:

The location was convenient and close to Gulf Shores attractions. Check in was fairly easy.

Cons:

The hotel was very unclean and unsanitary. There were stains under the mattress, and when we informed the staff, they acted like they didn’t know what to do and never offered us another room. The elevator smelled strongly like urine the entire stay. We were also required to bring our dirty towels to the front desk just to receive clean ones, which I have never experienced at any hotel before. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Home Away From Home
Pros:

My family and I have stayed here 3 times now and absolutely love it. It's not too busy which makes enjoying the pool and hot tub much easier. We're only about 20 minutes from the beach and surrounded by shopping and food choices. This is our go to spot for a quick get away. Oh and the beds and pillows are sooo dreamy!!!

Cons:

The only thing I could nit pick about is the breakfast. It's your standard continental breakfast. It's decent but if one really wanted something else for breakfast you can legit walk across the parking lot to Waffel House.

It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay somewhere where I can’t leave my belongings out.
Pros:

I loved the convenience of being close to everything.

Cons:

The elevator smelled like urine the first 2 days. It was finally cleaned on Sunday (we checked in Friday). We also accidentally left a pink portable cellphone charger on the nightstand Saturday morning (I usually put things away when we leave but forgot). When we returned from basketball games Saturday evening, it was gone.

Memorial day 2026 fun
Pros:

I like that the hotel is close by the Tangermall and multiple places to choose from for food and Walmart. My family and I have been visiting this location for years now to visit Gulfshores Beach each year and Summer vacation.I would definitely visit again though enjoyed the pool and hottub.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed of the breakfast selection this time. I was looking forward to the waffle machines and muffins and breakfast and better breakfast choices.

Great stay for the price
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot. Pool and hot tub were clean and stayed open late for the kids to swim. It was quiet at night and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Elevator had to be cleaned so it had a strong odor. Also had a guy walking around the property that looked like he was selling drugs.

Pros:

The price of the rooms are pretty good and the location is very good for us to visit family.

Cons:

The first couple of nights of our stay, the TV would not log in to the network and the staff did not know how to fix it. The last night of our stay, we come in rather late and the door was open they had left towels in the room and did not properly secure the door on their way out.

It was cool. We come and stay again
