Very disappointed! I chose this hotel because of the great reviews. Makes me wonder if they were submitted by people th

The check in staff was kind and professional

The bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was Very Dirty and had an odor which had been sprayed with a perfume spray to hide the odor but made it worse. the
tile in the bathroom was dirty and desperately needs to be professionally cleaned.

The hot breakfast food was unsatisfactory.

Pros:

Pool was nice an warm ... staff was nice and helpful , breakfast was decent an really good timing on it as well 7am to 9am ...so far everything was nice

Cons:

Wasn't to much wrong except no coffee pot for the coffee maker and one light by the bed didn work only flickered... oh yea and I thought a king suite would of had a tub with the jets but only had a walk in shower ...

Pros:

The two ladies at the front desk was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL. The lady from Louisiana love her.
The beds are really soft.

Pros:

The bed was fine

Cons:

As I was checking out I was questioned if I paid the pet fee. I shared it’s a service dog. Also, why are you asking me don’t you have notes in the system. Secondly, and this was absolutely uncomfortable THE MAID WALKED INTO MY ROOM UNANNOUNCED. I said excuse someone’s still in there and I wasn’t dressed. Then as I was packing up my vehicle 3 times and chased to the door I was being asked if I was checking out. I’m exhausted from a long roadtrip and that’s what I had to deal with. I want a refund.

Despite the bad coffee and bathroom, I'd stay at that location again.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The coffee was awful.

Cons:

Sink fixture in the bathroom was loose and hot water never got beyond warm. The toilet was partially plugged up. Required four flushes and was still not adeqyate.
