Front desk was great easy check in

Cons:

The water temperature took a while to warm up in the shower, The A/C unit would not stay on fan kept cutting off which it might be set up that way I always bring a fan just in case

Cons:

Bathroom not clean. Had to ask for new towels due to hairs clinged in the towel.
Shower had hair in 2 places and a soap wrapper in Shower. I asked to move rooms and were told they were booked.

Peaceful and Relaxing
Pros:

During check-in and check-out, the front desk staff were very nice. I liked that the hotel was nice and clean, and it smelled fresh. I felt so comfortable and safe at this hotel. I would stay at this property again. Keep up the great work!

The BEST
Pros:

Right from walking in the door it was excellent. The desk lady was so sweet and she was dressed to make me feel like I was in a very nice facility. The room was clean, comfy and great pillows. The breakfast had so many choices and was very well displayed and clean. The dining area was also very clean. Definitly rexommend this hotel and would stay here again. The manager is also a very friendly, classy lady.

Pros:

Location was good, near expressway. Lots of places to eat.

Cons:

the price was jacked up due to events in the area. Nothing like taking advantage of the Comsumer
unfortunately, a new key system was just put in there was nothing but problems with it, front desk had to unlock our room twice. Staff did a good job dealing with situation , was a bit annoying
