The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and what you would expect for hotel breakfast. The pool area is being renovated so when that’s done, it will be nice too.
To start, we checked into the hotel on the 3rd. The day we checked in we were placed in a room that was already occupied. (Which is fine, accidents happen) We moved to our new room and requested more towels, because we have 5 people in our family. We was told that the hotel only had enough towels for each room. We was given two additional towels then. We requested the bedding and the towels be changed several time prior to leaving to visit family on the second day, they said that they would take care of it. However, when we return back to the room, everything was exactly how we left it with no towels. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to more towels, but there was none available. My husband and I ended up washing our own towels. In addition to the towel situation, the third night we came back to a room with no hot water. Prior to booking this hotel, we did not know that the hotel pool has been closed since before Covid. Nothing was on the website for that. Outside of that the staff that works the front desk, was extremely kind and apologetic. From my understanding, this hotel was sold during Covid to a new owner. The updates have been slower than intended, and the cleaning staff have language barriers, things more difficult for the employees that have been working here for years.
No water in the pool, large group of motorcycles blocked the entrance doors making it tricky to enter with luggage, and groups of young children running up and down the hallway late at night laughing and shouting.

The stay was very nice. However, when I booked the stay, I requested a room close to elevator, as I am unable to walk long distances. The room was not clise to elevator. I should have said something when checking in, but I didnt. Maybe they should work a little harder to accommodate handicap visitors.

Booked due to location and pool access. Very hot at this time of year. Pool pump broke. Unable to cancel reservation because it was too late.
I liked that it was close to my destination. I didn't like that pool was unavailable due 5o broken pump. The weather her is very hot and the pool would have made a big difference
As far as the hotel itself. It was very nice and clean. When I first arrived the young lady at the front desk that evening was nowhere to be found for almost 15 minutes. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get her to come up to the front. The room I filled out for online was not the same room either. It was suppose to be a suite but it was not. The people at the front desk are not very knowledgeable either with some of the questions I had. Just something management needs to work on. Would I stay here again. If they would compensate me for my last stay and give me a free night maybe.
