The day was fine. Everything was clean. The room was cooler when we walked in. We had an excellent family stay

Everything was clean. The facility was pulled. The staff was very friendly. Everybody had respect for one another.

Cons:

The pool needed updating and the carpets could be changed or shampooed and steam cleaned there could be a bench in the very back for someone sitting to smoke and the snacks and stuff was great, but y’all do need to provide some more healthier choices and please get protein drinks

Comfortable
Pros:

The absolute best shower I have ever had at an inn. Always love the 24 hr coffee machines

Cons:

It was obviously a remodel of an older building and the upstairs foot traffic could be pretty loud. everything else was so good I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

breakfast was great.

Cons:

the AC blew cool air but it was stuffy in the room and musty. They also charged my card for a night for 155 and some change but I also was charged via affirm on booking.com which is how it should have been paid.

Good, but disappointed with the key issue
Cons:

The room was reserved for 2 days, the room key deactivated after one day, no reason given. Had to have new key issued. Was a big inconvenience and I should not have to have a new key issued.
