My stay was good and what I had expected except for rude neighbors who checked in late
Pros:

I have picked this hotel twice now because it is pet friendly and the location is good and close to a lot of things

Cons:

The very first night I got woken up because a person who was checking in next to me at 1AM woke up my dog who barked and then they complained to the desk that there was a dog barking and they proceeded to call and wake me up. The neighbor went on to slam their door several more times stressing my dog.

I did not like the TV Guide set up. It didn’t match up at all, and I informed someone at the desk about it the following

The hotel is safe and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish there were more of these hotels. Definitely would stay again.

Ice machine needs to be fixed. Breakfast was better than expected. Close to Spring Training fields.

Location. Rooms are ckean & quiet. Staff very accommodating.

Cons:

Fitness center is very small w only one treadmill for aerobics.
Also would prefer a little carpet in the living room area of the suite.

Terrible experience. Lack of response from management
Pros:

Location was good as my husband was having surgery next morning.

Cons:

AC unit rattled all night. Toilet ran all night. Refrigerator did not work. Dog barking next door. I called the desk in the morning. Was told the manager would call me back and they never did. I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very, very clean, nice remodeling. Wonderful staff.
Pros:

They’re in the process remodeling, but with what they had completed was stunning. Love their choices of colors, soothing. Excellent choice if you have a pet. I would stop at this one again.

Cons:

A few homeless people around they were nice, not threatening. I think every time this experiences in that so I don’t wanna give him bad marks for that. We all have to deal with it.

Pros:

This was a very nice clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant! They offer nice breakfast and laundry facilities My only complaints are that the room wasnt as pictured or described there was no couch chair or carpet.

Cons:

Showers definitely need to be upgraded in near future they were pretty beat up but clean none the less
