Pros:

I booked for a concert at Mortgage Center. I knew it was a little distance but it was worth it. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The staff was great. The afternoon sup was very accommodating. The room was clean. The restroom was clean. Linens were clean.

Cons:

The elevator isn't marked so I missed it a few times going down the hall.

Great place, great location, great price
Pros:

Great location with lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Room was large, exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities like Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Towels were soft and absorbent.

Cons:

I wish the air conditioner could have provided colder air but I understand with the extreme heat outside, it can only do so much.
