Location. Facilities and staff were great excellent service.
Helaas hebben we de accommodatie moeten verlaten. De jonge dame die ons heeft geholpen om ons geld terug te geven heeft ons fantastisch geholpen. Dit was ook het enige wat ons beviel aan de accommodatie.
De kamer leek niks op de foto’s die online staan. We kregen een doorgerookte, verouderde kamer. Erg klein en niet bedoeld voor 5 volwassen personen. We hadden ook expliciet gevraagd om een niet-rokerskamer. Echter was dit een van de smerigst ruikende kamers die wij ooit gezien hebben.
Na een kleine inkijk zijn we direct naar de receptie gegaan om ons probleem voor te leggen. De dame begreep het en gaf ons twee opties een andere kamer of ons geld terug. We hadden te weinig vertrouwen in de andere kamers dus hebben we gekozen voor ons geld terug en een ander hotel geboekt.
The beds were very comfy. The restaurant was good.
The first person I encountered was very rude! I almost cancelled right then and there. The second person was very pleasant.
Very helpful staff, clean recently remodeled room king bed just ok.

The thermostat in the room dint work - so even without a fridge, our perishable food with a bag of ice remained good and intact :-). Silver lining.
The thermostat needs to be fixed up (in 323).
We arrived around 11 ish pm on a cold night. The room was at 62 F , like it was just reflecting the outside tmps.
We increased it with Heat setting to 72 F. But the tmp in the room dint seem to go up- at all !!! , the air blow in remained cold. We set it to 72 F multiple times throughout the night; the thermostat stayed at 62 F adamantly.
All in all, the room was super chilly throughout and it even went done to 59 F :-( .
Had a terrible chilly night with almost no sleep.
The nighttime front desk lady seemed nice, but not friendly. During check-in, she clarified our questions in a rigid tone, not friendly at all. May be its cause of the cold night?

Essendo turista straniera,ho trovato 2 criticità:wifi praticamente inesistente,andava solo in piena notte,le prese inadeguate perché non entrano i riduttori che abbiamo noi europei
Le personnel du restaurant et la qualité des repas (dîner et petit dejeuner)
Il faudrait changer la literie car les matelas sont vieux.
