Friendly and very welcoming staff.
Pros:

The staff are so incredible. The willingness to help with your request is absolutely amazing.

Cons:

We got the room with no view but we only stay for one night. Not a big deal.

My Wife’s favorite stays enjoying the scenery.getting to know the history of the area.the Vortex is real you feel the Positive energy everywhere and and the people are always very helpful and wants you to have a good time.89a highway is a great ride from Flagstaff Native American Lookout where they sell there ware’s.then Slide Rock park.

This is a very nice play to stay while visitng Sedona. I would recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

The breakfasts were good. The location was very good. I should have packed a swimsuit and exercise clothes to take advantage of the pool and gym since our Trolley tour was canceled.

Cons:

A movie channel would have been nice to have, even if it was pay-per-view.

Wonderful Spot near Sedona
Pros:

Wow, this was a treat!!! Set in on of the most scenic of backdrops, this Holiday Inn Express is special…great rooms, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast!! Highly recommend!!

Cons:

The AC was a bit loud and rattle-ly but a small price to pay to wake up to the sunrise of a lifetime.

Size of room, bathroom walk in shower, bed and pillows were amazing. They give toiletries free i f you forget something. Microwave, frig, coffee maker all in room. Great full breakfast free. .Lovely remodel..

Cons:

$15 For parking especially since I was told parking was free with a Holiday Inn rewards membership which i had gotten 2 days earlier.

Excellent, worth for the money we paid for.
Pros:

Awesome reception staff, 24 hours coffee sas and cool drinks at lounge area, Great location, very good break fast, very good SPA& swimming pool. reception staff helped me to get membership with IHG and waived my parking fee $15 for member's.

Will not be back.
Pros:

Close to Downtown oak creek canyon village. Super friendly staff

Cons:

Smelled like smoke!! So incredibly loud! Not well insulated at all. Could hear every sound.

Electricity went out for over two hours and just a bit beat up.

I wouldn’t stay here again because of smell and noise.

A great entree into the Sedona area
Pros:

Breakfast was comprehensive with both and cold selections. Was very close to some of the trailheads - within walking distance.

Breakfast time.. for hiking most people like to leave early to beat the heat.. most people were ready for breakfast by 6 am.
