Very welcoming staff and nice sized room with the typical facilities.
Not much as we only stayed for a night
This is the first Holiday Inn express that I paid parking fees. Very bad.
Parking should be free. They have a big lot around them.
Todo , el hotel muy bonito y limpio , el personal sumamente amable , 100% recomendado y muchas ganas de volver
Todo me gustó
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with tons of options. We especially loved the cinnamon rolls! The pool was a little cold, but the hot tub was the nice and hot. The location is right in the middle of all of the action in Sedona. The front lady (she had a German or Sweden accent) was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and kind. She made sure that we were happy and was so friendly.
Parking fee of $15? That is so silly. They charge you to park and that was annoying. Everything else met expectations.
The property was lovely, and the location was absolutely phenomenal. I especially enjoyed stepping outside the hotel and taking in the beautiful red rock scenery. The room itself was also very nice and clean.
However, we were unable to sleep well because the bed appeared to have bed bugs. At first, I thought I might just be overly sensitive, but after checking out, both my husband and I developed rashes and bumps on our arms and legs.
Not much
I had booked a two bed room via booking.com. when I got there they had given away my 2 bed room because I had booked via booking.com.
Good breakfast
Great location
Swimming pool locks were hard to navigate-no one knew how to open the gates. Eating area way too small
Well maintained

Rooms and swimming pool Very clean.
Staff are very nice. Also breakfast is so good.
The food selection was great.
The meal room can be more spacious. If you come late you risk not getting any food served, it runs out quick.
We loved the hot tub & the view from our room was amazing
Location was nice
As soon as we enter the room, the air smelled stagnant, immediately I started having respiratory distress, so you can only open the window like two or 3 inches, the room air freshened up after a few hours, of course, it’s spring break the place was extremely crowded, OK I get that, but we woke up at 5 AM in the morning to smoke billowing in through the window from somebody having some sort of campfire or something, not only the first night, but the second night as well, so I shut the window because I guess there’s no such thing as fresh air at this place because of people lighting fires or whatever the hell it was, I am extremely angry and disappointed when I went to the front receptionist, she acted like I didn’t know what the hell I was talking about when both me my daughter and my girlfriend smelled the smoke and woke us all up, this place is not cheap, it was not worth the money I paid, and the MOD at the front desk was 100% not willing to compensate for such a horrible stay. For many years, I have always given good reviews because all the places I have stayed at were wonderful, except for this place and the smoke coming in through the window and not being able to get fresh air in order to get rid of the stagnant air that smelled horrible. I will never stay in this place again. Not worth it.
