The staff are amazing and friendly and very accommodating to their guest it is definitely the best.

Friendly, clean, in good condition and great location in the area.
Pros:

The Hotel Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very attentive to me having a great stay. The room was renovated within the past several years, bedding and towels were in good shape, great chargers and the room was clean. The morning breakfast was good and attendant kept area clean and stocked. I LOVED the coffee machines in the dining area, available 24 hours - fresh ground and brewed coffee anytime. I think this is my place to stay when visiting the area as I have stayed all around and found most all other locations have serious issues. Not here. The local is great next to all the stores, restaurants and other retail locations needed for my stay. I will stay again for sure.

Staff is amazing and so very helpful!! They are "keepers" for sure!!!!
Pros:

Great breakfast and wonderful choices. The staff constantly came out to check and make sure things were well stocked and cleaned. Everyone was GREAT!!!!

If I didn't have a problem with the room above, the state would've been OK
Pros:

I had a horrible time with the people that were directly above us making noise all night long and the floor was squeaking and very loud. The front desk told me there's nothing they could do because it was booked through a third-party. I need somebody to reach back out to me and make this right very disappointed. 8184896844. Jim I'm glad you're reaching out to me before I put something out on yelp.

The people in the room directly above me were making noise until after 3 AM lots of noise like they were jumping up and down and partying up there and every noise every time they step on the floor, he would squeak and make noise

This was our 3rd time there in 3 months. We would like to keep coming back
Pros:

Everything but breakfast area

Cons:

Apparently there is a new owner (I was told by staff) and with the transition there was a gap in inventory. The Breakfast area was missing a lot than before. Whenever I asked I was told they were out.
Hopefully it will all work out soon. The quality of everything before was great

Pros:

I was especially impressed with the breakfast room attendant. He was busily tending all stations, he patiently cleaned up a mess I accidentally made, and when I tried to get water from a machine that wasn't working, he brought me a pitcher of ice water.
