Great for UC Berkeley students and hybrid car owners
Pros:

Location (walkable to restaurants and summer springboard campus), food quality was very good service was ok, they have free parking WITH volvo plug in for charging, we got the world cup on the TV in our room which was really nice and great view of the berkeley tower

Cons:

Customer service was that great, we had to request a room cleaning, only water besides bottled was in the gym, food was expensive, wifi intermittent, super small bathroom , photos in wall inappropriate for kids (blurred naked images etc)

Love the graduate!
Pros:

This is our third stay at the graduate and it’s great everytime. The staff are the best part aside from the food! Hallie was so sweet when we arrived and gave us the cutest little treat at check in and helped my husband print some documents.

Will definitely stay with them again!
Pros:

Walking distance to Berkeley. Many interesting restaurant options in the neighborhood.

Cons:

Had an unpleasant incident with the receptionist, and I made a complaint. The duty manager Eric and the property management were quick to respond and rectified the situation immediately in an apologetic and professional manner, which I greatly appreciated. Understand that there are always isolated incidents but the way the management handled it was hugely impressive and lived up to the Hilton Group of Hotels reputation!

The receptionist Yana threatened not to check me in as I indicated that I will not write a good review! Absurd that a good review now becomes a prerequisite for check in?!?! Especially for a hotel under Hilton group!!!! The staff needs to be better trained!!!!

Pros:

It’s a great location and the room was quite comfortable. They also gave me a crib for my infant which was great. The restaurant is convenient, but the breakfast isn’t great.

Cons:

The staff at the reception can be a little unpleasant especially when you ask for help. And even though I was told my invoice will be sent by email to me I still haven’t received it and it has been over a week. I don’t think it’s a good use of anyone’s time to have to make a phone call to get this done. And I am still waiting to resolve an issue I had with one of my transactions at the restaurant. They are pretty slow at following up or doing anything that requires a little extra effort.
