We were extorted price wise for what we got… terrible

The location and the historical nature and look
Of the hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioner on the wall kept leaking condensation all over the furniture below it. There is a small water pump for the unit that hums and vibrates terribly. I had to go into the box on the wall pull it out and wrap with washcloths to quiet the noise. AND THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THIS LAST WEEKEND WAS COMPLETE ROBBERY. The price gouging because it was homecoming is ridiculous. Over 3300$ for 4 nights. I should have had a private butler for that price! I will never stay at this hotel again!

The School days theme was done very well. I woukd stay there afain.
Pros:

We were in town to see a concert at The Greek Theatre, and it was within walking distance of the show. My dog loved thedig ved that they provided. I will be looking for one like it, and I was referred to Amazon.

Cons:

It was not real affordable if you are on a budget.

Overprice, outdated but good location
Pros:

The location is what you pay for - it is perfect if you need to be close to UC Berkeley. It’s an classic old hotel which has it’s pros and cons

Cons:

Very small room and bathroom. The bathroom is dated and the water temperature in the shower fluctuates from scolding hot to freezing cold.
