Glückstreffer, durchweg zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage ist für eine Stadt wie Los Angeles wunderbar,an erreicht alles in relativ kurzer Zeit. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Frühstück völlig in Ordnung - man ist schließlich in den USA. Das Personal ist steht nett und hilfsbereit, der Parkplatz ist in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage und kostenfrei.

Pros:

Ok, to start i travelled from Alberta to stay at this hotel, from the moment i walked in i was greeted with kindness by all staff including the security who became out favorite part if our trip! My daughter got sick and they accommodated us rapidly and without judgement, even at sold out the staff was able to provide us with anything housekeeping wasn't able to get to right away due to the overwhelming size of the hotel. Breakfast was great was always full no matter what time we joined. Shopping was close by and we cancelled our rental car and took the metro during our stay here.

Cons:

Extend the pool hours us Canadians struggled with the humidity and the later in the day as it cools would have been more ideal for us to use this service then peak period in the heat, however the pool area was clean and well maintained and front desk provided towels to not be required to use the shower towels from our room!

Pros:

Quarto amplo, staff simpático, bom preço e bem localizado.

Cons:

Não tinha luz no teto, um abajur não estava funcionando, internet muito ruim e academia meio estranha, sem luz e equipamentos quebrados. Nos dois últimos dias o café não contava com iogurte.

The greatest is that it wasn't as bad inside as it seened from the outside:D Right in front of the metro station (although involving 15 min walk to cross the bridge). Ice cold pool (and super hot jakuzzi) available. Interesting American low budget breakfast kids enjoyed. Excellent value for money, clean and neat room.

Cons:

TV had to be adjusted to make it work, windows were longing to be cleaned, a bit noisy from the highway right besides it, but otherways really not as bad as it looked:)
