Easy check in no hassle
Pros:

Usually I like the easy check in and the usual try to meet any floor request however not this time the lady didn’t even look she just said sorry here’s your 2 room keys and breakfast tickets are inside , however that was not the case, only one key no tickets and I had to make a second trip to the front. The fact that she didn’t even check to see if anything was available when I asked to be placed above the 4 floor, and instantly she said no other floors available. The last time the manager was very courteous and he placed me on the 9th floor. I enjoyed the view of everything around at night regardless of which direction. I will continue to stay here.

Cons:

This visit was the last w that checked me in. She didn’t bother to look if something else on an another floor was available. it was probably was more work. But there was no one else in line at the time, but when I returned saying only one key no tickets ppl started to line up.

Stanza spaziosa e posto pulito.

Cons:

Il servizio pulizia viene fatto su richiesta a giorni alterni e si limita a rifare i letti e cambio asciugamani. Colazione sufficente, nulla di che. Molto vicina alla metro,200m,ma per arrivarci bisogna fare un giro di 15 minuti dove una parte è buia spesso con brutta gente.

Had a nice relaxing weekend and the price was reasonable.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable bed, great view, air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices to choose from. Check in and check out was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fridge in the room was nice. I liked the pool as well. was not overly crowded.

Cons:

I didn't like the underground parking structure, elevator was scary and slow. It would have been nice if there was a working ice machine on each floor. One microwave for the whole floor was not idea. A smart tv in the room you can cast from would be nice. At breakfast, there were 2 waffle irons, but only one worked, the other had an out of order sign on it. Why not remove the broken one? Or better yet, purchase a new one so there are 2. In the evening, parking was very limited. There were 2 jacuzzi's but one was out of service.
