Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful; we stayed for four days.

Cons:

There was no complimentary water in the room, and the front desk didn't tell us this when we checked in.

Pros:

Spacious rooms. Great location. Greet staff!!

Cons:

No microwave in the room. But I did not do my research on this. But typically hotel rooms have a microwave and it’s a must for our family.

You may not get the room you made a reservation for at the Hyatt Dublin/Pleasanton
Pros:

I made a reservation for a King Bed room, and I was not given a king bed room when I checked in. The staff made no attempt to fulfill my reservation. Completely unacceptable.

Great Breakfast, Friendly Staff, but the AC was old and there were Timers on the Light Switches. It was Odd
Pros:

The AC unit was broken and the room lights have timers on them. It was very strange. Why not have regular switches like every other hotel? The staff was very helpful and got me another room that had working air conditioning, but the light switches were so odd. I probably will never be back to that hotel.

Location and Excellence
Pros:

I go to the Dublin area often and this is always my hotel if choice. Location is perfect walking distance to food and shopping and the hotel always meets or exceeds the Hyatt standard. My entire office stays at this location and we often joke that we are now spoiled.

Updates needed
Pros:

Bathroom was my only issue. Thought it was dirt but it was rust. Asked to switch rooms, none was available. Asked for refund because I was willing to leave but no mgr on duty

Underwhelming
Pros:

The maintenance man was fabulous and fixed plumbing quickly. Pool is lovely. Would be enhanced with a water fountain

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Water which is normally free cost,$2.50 for a small bottle and none in room
No Breakfast tea unbelievable
Reception staff confused on what should be available
Not to the standard I expect from a Hyatt
