Beware: Undisclosed $10/night for parking, access issues, poor customer service
Pros:

The cleaning staff were excellent. The pool was nice.

Cons:

Parking overnight costs an additional $10 per night, which was not made clear when we booked. We also recieved a bill for "premium" WiFi after checking out, which we didn't use. When we called the manager to explain that a mistake was made, he said there was nothing that could be done about it. Also, our keycards stopped working at some point during our stay and we had to go down to the front desk TWICE to get them fixed. We noticed that this happened to several other guests during our stay. Lastly, when coffee ran out at breakfast it was not replenished. Not the basic hospitality I expected.

Bathroom was very difficult to use, not enough room for toilet shower and door in the same space. Fridge barely worked. Elevators didn’t work right and couldn’t handle volume of guests. Pool was not stocked with towels.

You find a friendly staff at this hotel and your needs should be met in an outstanding way.
Pros:

We have been staying at the Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton every Labor Day weekend over the past three or four years because we attend the Highland Games. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfasts are great, the rooms are very nice too. We always bring our small dog and she is treated with respect by the staff.

Cons:

There's not much we don't like about this hotel.
