Great place to stop on our way through town.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Check was fast. Staff was great. Gave us a list of where to eat. Where we chose was really good. Great spot.

Cons:

Really wasn’t anything to complain about.

It worked ok for an overnight stay.
Pros:

We were driving through on our way South and it sufficed. We liked to be able to go for a swim in the warm pool!

Cons:

Nothing fancy for the price! Breakfast was tasteless and nothing to write home about!

Your front desk attendant that nice was incredibly kind and so sweet to my service dog. She was funny and an huge asset to your team. Breakfast was exactly what I needed to get on the road.

Not as nice as the pictures on the booking site, we won't be back!

Leaving and moving to our next hotel!

Cons:

This was supposed to be a flag ship suite we were told as we booked in, the room was dark, smelt of smoke and a lot of homeless people around the area, did not meet our expectations from the pictures!

Birthday weekend at the Clarion
Pros:

There was so much to love about our stay! It was my birthday weekend & we arrived and felt welcomed immediately.
The staff were awesome 💯 Angelina is a treasure! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. A total gem of a person. Every single person who works there are so very friendly and kind. Everyone had a smile. We felt totally at ease & safe.
We cannot wait to go back! Next time, though, we've agreed weust stay longer!
Our expectations were exceeded!

Avoid if you have a choice
Pros:

Room was clean. Decent coffee maker in room

They have video check-in that needs major improvement.
- had to return to the kiosk 4 times : 1) to get my room # (wasn't on the dispensed keys, so I had to ask) 2) to return a key card that didn't work 3} to get the code to enter the parking lot. 4} To get the wifi password. Also had to track down a random employee find out where the room was.
If they're serious about perfecting this new system (a service employee told me it was new), they need to have someone readily available to assist and personally understand the problems.
Apparently some of this info in on the check-in sheet, which they couldn't print because the printer wasn't working, so they send it via email. They don't tell you that some info is on the sheet. Good luck if you don't have your phone with you (like me). Good luck finding someone to ask questions to.
They charged me a higher pet fee than was quoted to me at booking and in their welcome email after I booked. The "virtual" agent at the kiosk did not have the ability to change the higher fee after I explained the error. They corrected it after I responded to their "welcome" email.
No smart TV in the room.
The place looks bleak and uninviting with a pitiful little pet area with a patch of artificial turf.
The price was too high for this level of service and facility.

A very secure and affordable hotel
Pros:

Really nice place. Clean, affordable, we had a spa bathtub in our room and there was an indoor heated swimming pool nearby. The staff was very friendly, there was a designated spot for our dog to pee and poop, and the parking was gated and heavily monitored with cameras so it felt very safe

Cons:

The area was kinda sketchy but this hotel was so nice I would stop here along the way anyways
