Wonderful and comfortable stay for a great value!
Pros:

From the moment we walked in, after our long drive, we were greeted by friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Angelina at the front desk is a very kind and helpful person! She really seems to enjoy her job and making people feel comfortable. The hotel was quiet and clean. Even though our room faced a busy street we barely heard any road noise. The room had a whirlpool mini fridge and freezer. We were happy to see the freezer was separate frome the refrigerator as we always bring ice packs on our trips for our cooler bag, and often times the freezer in refrigerator don't get them frozen again. The beds were very comfortable for us! Not the usual rock hard mattresses. At one point I went down to the lobby to get tea and Angelina greeted me and let me know she was just about to make some coffee and put some hot water out. Angelina's hospitality really just made the trip that much better and more comfortable for me! Usually hotel staff is no where to be seen or they don't really acknowledge you. Angelina and Melissa both seem to enjoy their jobs and really were the cherry on top for our stay. Thank you so much!

Cons:

There are sadly a lot of homeless people in the area. But hotel staff really do their best to make you feel safe.

A great little hotel to spend the night in:)
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is older, but had a cozy feel to it. Breakfast was all the standard fare, but good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Clarion but might choose another motel next time because of the condition.
Pros:

The person running the breakfast did a great job. He kept the area clean and well stocked. This continental breakfast is the one reason I stay at this motel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The overall condition of the building in run down. The trim is cracked and faded. The breakfast table trim is sticky and its paint is chipped and in need of a good cleaning and refinishing. The whole facility needs an updating.

The free breakfast was questionable based on previous stays there and the guest room furniture should have been cleaner.
