All of it and it’s a great price love the security guard he’s super friendly:)
There wasn’t anything I saw bad about it at this time
It’s beautiful I love it all
The pool was dirty but other than that it was great I thing they need better heating for the pool
It was close to the freeway.
They told us breakfast starts at 6:00 AM It didn’t open until 6:30 AM. We were on the road by then
It was ok for an overnight stay
Room had lots of flys and breakfast wasn’t very good and very limited
Your continental breakfast was lacking compared to most other hotels.
Location and clean
Nothing
Location , Back patio area was nice. Gentleman at front desk was friendly. Breakfast area was nice. Bed was comfy.
Dirty rooms, Bathrooms needed some Bleaching. Could not swim in the pool. It was dirty .
Breakfast very cheap. Ran out of most of the food. The rooms looked alot cheaper than in the past.
Nothing which I was there for work and had no extra cash to go stay somewhere else’s and deal with my situation there at the time it is 100% false advertisement and misrepresentation in which I have all the photos to prove
The girl stated at check in when I upgraded my room hot breakfast at 630 am till I thought she said 930 but let’s go with 9 am at 730 the first two mornings no one was there people walking back and fourth waiting to have breakfast I had to leave and go buy breakfast and find out they had cold cereal milk cartons little kids juice box’s and tiny muffins that was there hot breakfast my last day I went it at 859 was grabbing coffee counters were empty and I asked where breakfast was she said it ended at 9 told her about the past 2 mornings she said sorry my room had black mold in bathroom I have pics in 3 days never offered clean towels or bedding toilet seat was broken holes in couch it did not at all look like the pictures and considering it was the only room with a jacuzzi there’s no mistaking it which I would like to submit pictures along with a request for a full refund false advertisement and misrepresenting there establishment is against the hospitality laws
I need to communicate with Booking.com. Finding a phone number is impossible. Therefore the customer service is not worthy of our repeat business, even though Riverwalk has been good to us. I would like a call from Booking.com.
Affordable
Beds not okay for big people and pillows flat like from Walmart and bathroom super small and tv super hard to figure out
Inside the rooms the furniture is dated and there are plastic chairs and tables. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful little courtyard
Walls are thin and neighbors kept pound TV on ALL night. When their 4:30 alarm went off we were woken. Parking lot was taken up by fishing boats parking sideways in five to seven spots. No parking!!!
This place is SO overpriced for what it is. Old, rundown, not very clean. I was extremely disappointed. The only good thing about it was the location close to the park trails near the river. But there's Comfort Inn right next door that is much closer to the park and much better overall. I do not recommend staying at this so-called "boutique" hotel.
I was looking to save money and it was cheapest by far. Not quite three star, but it served its purpose.
Just old and somewhat uncomfortable beds.
Nothing
Everything wasn’t clean supposed to comp me 20percent off room and didn’t still waiting on refund
There want anyone in the parking lot when we got there, not a good sign actually. Decent looking in the lobby and room appeared nice with an 1990 furniture and bedding
The heater sounded like it had a piece of plastic tarp being whipped by a 20mph wind. Noisy and loud so you couldn't sleep. Turn it off and you froze because of the lack of bedding. Shower head was corroded with deposits, over the sink light so dim you could hardly use it. Bed was built out of a dorm frame, no box frame and mattress. Breakfast was a prepacked banana muffin and some cereal was offered. Coffee wasn't too bad. I will never stay there again. I got maybe 3 hours sleep. above comments
